Abstract
Sammensatte gjenstander av frossen sukkervare fremstilles med innhold av inklusjoner, ved dannelse av ekstrudat av en sentralt beliggend fyllmasse omgitt av en krave av frossen sammensetning ved samekstrusjon ved en temperatur for den frosne sammensetningen som er lavere eller lik -8°C, og ved at de nevnte ekstmdater så prosesseres til en masse av frossen sammensetning innbefattende de nevnte inklusjoner ved kveiling eller folding av ekstrudatet på seg selv. Fyllmassen injiseres inn i senter av tilførselen for den frosne sammensetning som forlater ekstruderingen, ved en samekstrusjonsdyse som kan være bevegelig eller statisk.
