Abstract
Foreliggende oppfinnelse vedrører et produkt, i det vesentlige formet som en pralin, og omfattende et skjell (l, 5) som omslutter et kremete fyll med svært lav viskositet (4, 8), alternativt fremmet av en nøtt. Skjellet, som er dekket av ett eller flere belegnings- sjikt (9, 11), eventuelt med tilsats av en påstrødd substans (10) og dekorative elementer (12, 13), består av to halvskjell (l, 5) koplet front mot front. Ett (1) av halvskjellene er laget av en formbar substans så som sjokolade, mens det andre halvskjellet (5) er laget av kjeks. Vektbidraget av halvskjellet (1) laget av en formbar substans til skjellets totale vekt er for- trinnsvis svært dominerende sammenlignet med det korre- sponderende bidrag fra kjeks-halvskjellet (5).
