DICHO METODO SIRVE PARA CALENTAR, PASTEURIZAR O ESTERILIZAR LIQUIDOS POR CONVERGENCIA DIRECTA CON VAPOR Y SE CARACTERIZA PORQUE EL VAPOR ES INYECTADO EN PEQUENOS INYECTORES DESDE EL RADIO HACIA EL CENTRO DEL FLUJO DEL LIQUIDO Y PORQUE EL NUMERO DE ESTOS INYECTORES ES VARIABLE.
