Abstract
The present utility model relates to a fish based spread composition with uses shredded fish as the main component and other ingredients such as iodized salt, carrots, pickled cucumber, hot chili, bayleaf, pepper, cloves, carrageenan, and home made mayonnaise. Said spread composition is healthful and provides a good source of omega-3 which is beneficial in the diet. Furthermore, the present spread composition is affordable because it utilizes locally available ingredients. The present utility model also relates to the process for preparing the said spread composition
