Abstract

This utility model relates to a process in producing cookies with soybeans (Phaseolus max) and horse radish (Moringa oleifera) leaves comprising essentially of the steps of: sifting all purpose flour and adding skim milk and mixing well adding ground soy beans and horse radish leave and mixing thoroughly; adding baking powder and mixing again; creaming margarine and brown sugar in a separate mixing bowl; adding beaten eggs to the mixture and mix thoroughly; adding sifted dry ingredients from step; stirring creamed mixture to produce soft dough; slicing the dough into one gram each slice; pressing and shaping into round form with a fork; greasing the baking pan and putting the dough from step and baking in oven, 350 degrees Fahrenheit for 12 minutes or until lightly brown in color.
