The present utility model discloses the making of milkfish (Chanoschanos) sausage comprising the steps of preparing ground milkfish and other ingredients such as pepper, salt, ground pork, refined sugar, onions, garlic, cornstarch, soy sauce, mixing all said ingredients in a container, blending thoroughly the said mixture, stuffing, tieing, cooking, cooling the sausage and packing the finished product into cellophane bags.
