A composition of making ketchup from sweet potato comprises the following component, 250g sliced sweet potato;1 small chopped onion; chopped 1/2 red bell pepper;4 minced cloves garlic;250 ml of water;45 ml of vinegar;250 grams of brown sugar;2 grams of salt;2 grams of paprika;5 grams of ground black pepper;15 grams of cornstarch; 3 grams of cinnamon, and 5 grams of food coloring.
