Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do prze- chowywania plynów. Znane sa z obrotu rynkowego róznego rodzaju butelki przeznaczone do przechowywania plynów, wykonane z tworzyw sztucznych lub szkla, spelniajace zarazem funkcje ozdobne i estetyczne oraz indywidualizujace wyrób. Istote butelki wedlug wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu w szczególnosci przez cechy linii, konturów i ksztaltów, o okreslonych proporcjach oraz kolejnosci zestawienia bryl obrotowych tworzacych jej poszczególne czesci i ukladzie linii ich wzajemnego przenikania oraz ornamentacja. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym ry- sunku, na którym fig. 1 przestawia butelke z profilowanym dnem w widoku czolo- wym, fig. 2 przedstawia butelke z plaskim dnem w widoku czolowym. Jak przedstawiono na rysunku fig. 1, butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslo- wego ma ksztalt walca, pustego w srodku, przedzielonego, na czesc dolna i czesc górna walca, dwoma pierscieniami o srednicy zewnetrznej mniejszej niz srednica walca, przy czym czesc dolna walca zakonczona jest rozchodzacymi sie promienio- i wo, zbieznosciami skierowanymi ku górze, zaglebieniami klinowymi, nad ktgpmi ma dwa wystajace pierscienie o rozstawie zblizonym do srednicy walca, a czesc górna walca, zakonczona jest bryla o ksztalcie lejka zakonczonego szyjka z kolnie- rzem, nad którym jest glówka z gwintem i pierscieniem zewnetrznym, przy czym wysokosc polozenia nad podstawa butelki dolnego pierscienia podzialowego, ma sie do wysokosci butelki jak okolo 1 : 2,35. Various types of bottles intended for storing liquids, made of plastic or glass, are known from the market, fulfilling both decorative and aesthetic functions, and individualizing the product. The essence of a bottle according to the industrial design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it in particular by the features of lines, contours, and shapes, with specific proportions and the order of the arrangement of the solids of revolution constituting its individual parts, the arrangement of their interpenetration lines, and ornamentation. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a frontal view of a bottle with a profiled bottom, and Fig. 2 shows a frontal view of a bottle with a flat bottom. As shown in Figure 1, the bottle according to the industrial design has the shape of a cylinder, hollow inside, divided into a lower part and an upper part of the cylinder by two rings with an outer diameter smaller than the diameter of the cylinder, wherein the lower part of the cylinder ends with radially and upwardly diverging wedge-shaped recesses, above which there are two protruding rings with a spacing close to the diameter of the cylinder, and the upper part of the cylinder ends with a funnel-shaped body ending with a neck with a flange, above which there is a head with a thread and an outer ring, wherein the height of the lower division ring above the base of the bottle is in relation to the height of the bottle as approximately 1: 2.35. As shown in Figure 2, the industrial design bottle has the shape of a hollow cylinder, divided into a lower part and an upper part of the cylinder by two rings with an outer diameter smaller than the diameter of the cylinder, the lower part of which has a base in the shape of a cylinder with a flat bottom, above which there are two protruding rings with a spacing similar to the diameter of the cylinder, and the upper part of the cylinder ends in a funnel-shaped body with a neck with a flange, above which there is a head with a thread and an outer ring, wherein the height of the lower division ring above the base of the bottle is in relation to the height of the bottle as approximately 1:2.35. Essential features of the industrial design 1. The bottle according to the industrial design has the shape of a cylinder, hollow inside, divided into a lower part and an upper part of the cylinder by two rings with an external diameter smaller than the diameter of the cylinder, wherein the lower part of the cylinder ends with radially diverging, upwardly directed convergences, wedge-shaped recesses, above which it has two protruding rings with a spacing similar to the diameter of the cylinder, and the upper part of the cylinder ends with a funnel-shaped body ending with a neck with a flange, above which there is a head with a thread and an external ring, wherein the height of the lower division ring above the base of the bottle is in relation to the height of the bottle as approximately 1:2.35. 2. In a variant of the bottle, the bottle according to the industrial design has the shape of a cylinder, hollow inside, divided into a lower part and an upper part of the cylinder by two rings with an external diameter smaller than the diameter of the cylinder, which in the lower part has a base in the shape of a cylinder with a flat bottom, above which there are two protruding rings with a spacing close to the diameter of the cylinder, and the upper part of the cylinder ends with a solid in the shape of a funnel with a neck with a flange, above which there is a head with a thread and an external ring, wherein the height of the lower division ring above the base of the bottle is in relation to the height of the bottle as approximately 1:2.35.
