Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Nowosc i indywidualny charakter wzoru przejawia sie w cechach ksztaltu butelki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig.l przedstawia butelke w widoku perspektywicznym, fig.2- butelke w widoku z góry, fig.3- butelke w widoku z dolu, fig.4- butelke w widoku z przodu, fig.5- butelke w widoku z boku, fig.6- butelke w widoku z tylu, a fig.7- butelke w widoku z drugiego boku. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, stanowiaca korpus z szyjka, posiada nastepujace cechy istotne: korpus o podstawie walca sklada sie z trzech segmentów oddzielonych ozdobnymi, falistymi wybraniami, przy czym najnizszy dolny segment stanowi podstawe, a najwyzszy segment srodkowy ma dwa symetryczne wklesniecia o zarysie owalu, polozone od strony przedniej i tylnej korpusu. W polu kazdego wklesniecia widoczne sa lukowate ozdobne wypuklosci. Ponadto, od strony przedniej, w czesci górnej segmentu srodkowego, ponad owalnym wklesnieciem przebiega pólkolista krawedz przechodzaca lukowato na sciany boczne korpusu, zas od strony tylnej, ponad owalnymwklesnieciem usytuowana jest falista krawedz przechodzaca lukowato na sciany boczne korpusu i przebiegajaca wzdluz lukowatej krawedzi zachodzacej ze sciany przedniej korpusu. Segment górny, polozony nad falistym, górnym ozdobnym wybraniem, ma ksztalt bryly bedacej polaczeniem walca i stozka scietego z wypukla sciana boczna, jak przedstawiono na zalaczonej ilustracji, od fig.l do fig.7. PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The novelty and individual character of the design are manifested in the bottle's shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view, Fig. 2 - the bottle in a top view, Fig. 3 - the bottle in a bottom view, Fig. 4 - the bottle in a front view, Fig. 5 - the bottle in a side view, Fig. 6 - the bottle in a back view, and Fig. 7 - the bottle in a side view. The bottle according to the industrial design, consisting of a body with a neck, has the following essential features: the body, with a cylindrical base, consists of three segments separated by decorative, wavy recesses, with the lowest lower segment constituting the base, and the highest middle segment having two symmetrical oval-shaped concavities located on the front and back of the body. Within each concavity, arched decorative protrusions are visible. Furthermore, on the front side, in the upper part of the middle segment, a semicircular edge runs above the oval concavity, arcing onto the side walls of the body. On the rear side, above the oval concavity, a wavy edge runs above the side walls of the body and runs along the arced edge extending from the front wall of the body. The upper segment, located above the wavy, upper decorative recess, has the shape of a cylinder and a truncated cone with a convex side wall, as shown in the attached illustrations, Fig. 1 to Fig. 7.
