Nowosc i oryginalnosc wzoru przejawia sie w ksztal- cie oraz w cechach powierzchni butelki . Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l przedstawia butelke w wi- doku perspektywicznym, fig.2- butelke w widoku z przodu, fig.3- butelke w widoku z tylu, fig.4- butelke w widoku z bo- ku, fig.5- butelke w widoku z drugiego boku, fig.6- butelke w widoku z góry, a fig.7- butelke w widoku z dolu. Butelka wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, majaca wielo- segmentowy korpus z szyjka z cylindrycznym gwintem oraz z dnem, w którym wklesniecia i wypuklosci tworza, w widokuz dolu, zarys pieciolistnego kwiatu, posiada nastepujace ce- chy istotne: najnizszy dolny segment korpusu, polozony ponad dnem ma ksztalt stozka scietego z wypukla sciana boczna, na której znajduje sie pas wypuklosci o zarysach kolistych, srodkowy segment o ksztalcie walca jest okolo siedem razy wyzszy od segmentu dolnego, zas najwyzszy górny segment ma ksztalt bryly bedacej zestawieniem dwóch stozków scietych, których sciany boczne maja w widoku z boku zarys falisty. The subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The novelty and originality of the design is manifested in the shape and surface features of the bottle. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, in which fig. 1 shows the bottle in a perspective view, fig. 2 - the bottle in a front view, fig. 3 - the bottle in a back view, fig. 4 - the bottle in a side view, fig. 5 - the bottle in a view from the other side, fig. 6 - the bottle in a top view, and fig. 7 - the bottle in a bottom view. An industrial design bottle having a multi-segmented body with a neck with cylindrical thread and a bottom in which the concavities and convexities form, when viewed from below, the outline of a five-petalled flower, has the following essential features: the lowest lower segment of the body, located above the bottom, has the shape of a truncated cone with a convex side wall on which there is a band of circular convexities; the middle cylindrical segment is approximately seven times higher than the lower segment; and the highest upper segment has the shape of a solid consisting of two truncated cones, the side walls of which have a wavy outline when viewed from the side.
