Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac zestawu sypialnego przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie profili elementów wykonczeniowych poszczególnych mebli, ukladzie krawedzi i powierzchni nadajacym calosci mebloscianki oryginalny wyglad estetyczny. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonych rysunkach, gdzie fig. 1 przedstawia loze, fig.2a szafe 2-drzwiowa, fig.2b szafe 3-drzwiowa, fig.2d szafe 4-drzwiowa, fig.3a i fig.3b i fig.3c typy komód, fig.4 szafke nocna, fig.5 lustro wiszace, zas fig.6 przykladowy zespól sypialny. Zestaw sypialny sklada sie z loza J_, szafy 2, komody 3, szafki nocnej 4, oraz lustra wiszacego 5. Elementami charakterystycznymi zestawu sa krawedzie boczne 6 konstrukcji skrzyniowych, listwa aluminiowa 7 wkomponowana we fronty mebli, wyprofilowane fronty 8 szuflad, drzwi szaf oraz ramy loza.W lozu charakterystycznie wyprofilowane krawedzie boczne 6 wystepuja na polaczeniu boku z przegroda, gdzie wkomponowana jest listwa aluminiowa 7. Szczyt loza tworzy charakterystycznie wygiety krzywoliniowy element 8. W szafkach nocnych oraz komodach, w czesci dolnej nad cokolem oraz w górnej pod blatem wystepuje charakterystyczne sciecie boków 9. W szufladach komód i szafek nocnych nie ma typowych uchwytów, lecz systemy dotykowego otwierania szuflad typu „push". W drzwiach szaf mocowane sa aluminiowe uchwyty 10. Zestaw sypialny mozna dowolnie zestawiac wybierajac dowolna szafe lub komode. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a bedroom set, manifested in the shape of the profiles of the finishing elements of the individual pieces of furniture, the arrangement of edges and surfaces, giving the entire wall unit a unique aesthetic appearance. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, where Fig. 1 shows a bed, Fig. 2a a 2-door wardrobe, Fig. 2b a 3-door wardrobe, Fig. 2d a 4-door wardrobe, Fig. 3a, Fig. 3b, and Fig. 3c types of chests of drawers, Fig. 4 a bedside table, Fig. 5 a hanging mirror, and Fig. 6 an example bedroom set. The bedroom set consists of a bed J_, a wardrobe 2, a chest of drawers 3, a bedside table 4, and a hanging mirror 5. The set's characteristic elements are the side edges 6 of the box structure, an aluminum strip 7 incorporated into the furniture fronts, profiled fronts 8 of the drawers, wardrobe doors, and the bed frame.
