Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac zestawu sypialnego przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie profili dekoracyjnych poszczególnych elementów zestawu, charakterystycznych laczen, ukladzie i usytuowania powierzchni nadajacych calosci zestawu sypialnego oryginalny wyglad estetyczny. The industrial design is for a bedroom furniture set. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the bedroom set, manifested in the shape of the decorative profiles of the individual elements of the set, characteristic joints, and the arrangement and positioning of surfaces, which give the entire bedroom set a unique aesthetic appearance. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, where Fig. 1 shows a bed, Fig. 2a a two-door wardrobe, Fig. 2b a four-door wardrobe, Fig. 3a, Fig. 3b, Fig. 3c chests of drawers in various widths, Fig. 4 a hanging mirror, and Fig. 5 a bedside table. The bedroom set consists of a bed i, a 2-door wardrobe 2a, a 4-door wardrobe 2b, a narrow chest of drawers 3a, a wide chest of drawers 3b, a chest of drawers with drawers 3e, a hanging mirror 4 and a bedside table 5. The essential features of the industrial design are satin handles of a characteristic shape 6 applied to the fronts of the bedside tables, satin handles of an original shape 7 applied to the fronts of the chests of drawers and satin handles 8 applied to the fronts of the wardrobes; satin decorative elements 9 of the bedside tables, chests of drawers and the bed; legs of a characteristic curvilinear shape 10* on which the bodies of the bedside tables and chests of drawers rest; characteristic curvilinear rims ii; characteristic rounding of the sides of individual elements of the set 12; curvilinear bend of the top of the bed 13; curvilinear bend of the bed's carcass 14: characteristic overlay of the bed's side 15. In bedside tables, satin handles 6 are attached to the upper edge of the front, while a satin decorative strip 9 is attached to the lower edge of the front. In chests of drawers, satin handles 7 are attached to the upper edges of the fronts, while satin decorative strips 9 are attached to the lower edges. In wardrobes, satin handles 8 are attached to the vertical edges of the doors. A characteristic feature of the chests of drawers, nightstands, and wardrobes are rounded tops and adjacent sides with rounded edges 12. The bedside tables and chests of drawers rest on chrome legs with an original, curvilinear shape 10. The wardrobes are supported by characteristically rounded sides 12 (lowered relative to the bottom cabinet tops). The bed rests in the front on a curved card 12 and in the rear on a characteristic top consisting of two curved elements 13. Overlays 15 are slid onto the sides of the bed, connecting the bed carge to the top. Satin decorative strips 9 decorate the top and the carge log.
