Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest etykieta i jej odmiana. Etykieta ta jest przeznaczona do umieszczania jej na opakowaniach artykulów spozywczych, w szczególnosci ciastek. Jak pokazano na ilustracji fig.l - etykiete stanowi pionowe, prostokatne, pomaranczowe pole, na którym zostal skosnie umieszczony zielony, cieniowany pas, zblizony nieco ksztaltem do poziomo ulozonego prostokata, którego dolna i podobnie górna krawedz stanowia zólte, lukowate 1 inie. N a srodku prostokata umieszczony zostal napis „Tote" wykonany zóltymi, skosnie ulozonymi literami o fantazyjnej czcionce. Napis ten podkreslony zostal krótka, zólta linia. W górnej czesci opisanego, zielonego pasa znajduje sie element w postaci zóltego, cieniowanego kola, na którym - nieco ponizej jego srodka - umieszczono niewielki, zólty, cieniowany i poziomo ulozony prostokat, którego boki sa nieco wklesle. Dolna krawedz tego prostokata podkreslona zostala dodatkowo linia o zmiennej grubosci. W górnej czesci okraglego pola umieszczony zostal rysunek dwuglowego smoka. Z prawej i lewej strony smoka, równolegle do krawedzi kola, znajduja sie dwa luki wykonane linia wezsza w górze i szersza w dole. Na prostokatnym polu umieszczony zostal napis „DELIC-POL", a ponizej data „1992" - wykonane duzymi, drukowanymi literami i cyframi. Ponizej opisanego, umieszczonego skosnie zielonego pasa przedstawione zostaly rozmieszczone nieregularnie herbatniki, pomiedzy nimi niewielkie biale kwiatuszki, a na srodku umieszczony w dwóch liniach napis: „Delicpolki" i „Herbatniczki" podkreslone lukowatymi, zóltymi liniami. This label is intended for use on food packaging, particularly cookies. The subject of the industrial design and its subsequent form are shown in Figures 1 and 2. As shown in Figure 1, the label consists of a vertical, rectangular, orange field with a diagonally placed green, shaded band, somewhat resembling a horizontal rectangle, whose lower and upper edges are formed by yellow, arcuate lines. In the center of the rectangle is the inscription "Tote," written in diagonally arranged yellow letters in a fanciful font. This inscription is underlined by a short yellow line. At the top of the outlined green band is a shaded yellow circle, on which—slightly below its center—is a small, shaded yellow rectangle, horizontally arranged, with slightly concave sides. The lower edge of this rectangle is additionally highlighted by a line of variable thickness. At the top of the circular field is a drawing of a two-headed dragon. To the right and left of the dragon, parallel to the edge of the circle, are two arcs, the lines narrower at the top and wider at the bottom. The rectangular field bears the inscription "DELIC-POL," and below it the date "1992" in large, block letters and numbers. Below the described, diagonally placed green stripe, there are irregularly placed biscuits, with small white flowers between them, and in the center, in two lines, the inscription: "Delicpolki" and "Herbatniczki" underlined with curved yellow lines. As shown in Fig. 2, a variant of the label is a vertical, rectangular, orange field, on which a diagonally placed, shaded green stripe is placed, somewhat similar in shape to a horizontally placed rectangle, the lower and upper edges of which are formed by curved yellow lines. In the center of the rectangle, there is the inscription "Tote" in yellow, diagonally placed letters in a fanciful font. The inscription is underlined with a short yellow line.
