Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli, w sklad którego wchodza samodzielne segmenty: dwudrzwiowa szafa, witryna - barek usytuowany na dwudrzwiowej szafie - podstawie, segment RTV z dwiema dwudrzwiowymi szafkami; górna wyzsza i dolna - nizsza rozdzielonymi duza skrzyniowa wneka - usytuowany, równiez na dwudrzwiowej szafie - podstawie oraz jednodrzwiowa szafa, która posiada pólmodulowa szerokosc. Przedmiot wzoru zostal uwidoczniony na zalaczonej ilustracji, na której fig. 1 przedstawia zestaw - w widoku od frontu, fig. 2 - zestaw - w widoku z boku i fig. 3 - zestaw - w widoku z góry. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego - Segment witryna - barek podzielony jest pionowo na dwie pólmodulowe czesci majace postac samodzielnej nadstawki; szafke z barkiem usytuowanym w srodkowej czesci nad i pod która znajduja sie wnekiskrzyniowe - w górnej czesci mniejsza rozdzielona pólkami a w dolnej czesci - wieksza wneka oraz szafa - witryna zakryta, od frontu, jednodrzwiowymi szklanymi drzwiami z prostokatna ramka. - Szyba witryny posiada w srodkowej czesci szprosy ulozone na ksztalt pionowo usytuowanej wydluzonej cyfry „8", której górne i dolne zwienczenie, a takze jej trójrombowy element stanowiacy centralna czesc cyfry „8" polaczone sa ze srodkami wewnetrznych krawedzi listew bocznych oraz górnej i dolnej listwy tworzacymi rame. - Obrzeza wszystkich drzwi segmentów zestawu posiadaja obramowania o ksztalcie prostokata wykonane z profilowanych listew, przy czym stosunek szerokosci listwy do szerokosci segmentu modulowego wynosi 1 : 15. - Nadstawki segmentu witryna - barek i segmentu RTV z duza skrzyniowa wneka posiadaja glebokosc wynoszaca, w przyblizeniu 60% glebokosci pozostalych mebli zestawu (fig. 1,2,3).Fig.1Fig.2 Fig. 3 PL PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a furniture set consisting of independent segments: a two-door wardrobe, a display cabinet/bar located on a two-door wardrobe base, an RTV segment with two two-door cabinets; the upper one higher and the lower one separated by a large chest-like recess, also located on a two-door wardrobe base, and a single-door wardrobe with a semi-modular width. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustration, in which Fig. 1 shows the set (front view), Fig. 2 (side view), and Fig. 3 (top view). Essential features of the industrial design - The display cabinet/bar segment is divided vertically into two semi-modular parts in the form of a self-contained extension unit; a cabinet with a bar located in the middle above and below which are located recessed compartments - a smaller one in the upper part separated by shelves and a larger recess in the lower part - and a wardrobe - a display case covered at the front by a single-door glass door with a rectangular frame. - The display case glass has glazing bars in the middle arranged in the shape of a vertically positioned, elongated number "8," the upper and lower finials of which, as well as its trirhombus element constituting the central part of the number "8," are connected to the centers of the inner edges of the side strips and the upper and lower strips forming the frame. - The edges of all door segments of the set have rectangular frames made of profiled strips, with the strip width to module segment width ratio being 1:15. - The extensions of the display cabinet-bar segment and the RTV segment with a large box-like recess have a depth of approximately 60% of the depth of the remaining furniture in the set (fig. 1, 2, 3).
