Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest buteleczka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania przede wszystkim wyrobów perfumeryjnych. Moga to byc perfumy, wody toaletowe, wody kwiatowe. Buteleczka moze równiez przydatna jako opakowanie mleczka kosmetycznego, balsamów kosmetycznych, zeli kosmetycznych, róznych substancji aromatycznych i upiekszajacych. Buteleczka moze tez znajdowac zastosowanie w pakowaniu produktów spozywczych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Buteleczka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym, nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Czesc zbiornikowa 3 buteleczki przypomina w swym ksztalcie wysmuklona i wydluzona ku górze gruszke. Dno 4 buteleczki jest pogrubione. Ma ono zarys kola. Buteleczka jest zaopatrzona w nasadke 5, uksztaltowana w formie zamknietego od góry cylindra o sciankach nieco rozszerzajacych sie ku górze. Górna scianka 6 nasadki 5 jest scieta ukosnie. These may include perfumes, toilet waters, and floral waters. The bottle may also be useful for cosmetic milks, cosmetic balms, cosmetic gels, and various aromatic and beauty products. The bottle may also be used for packaging food products. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and materials. In accordance with the industrial design, the bottle is suitable for multiple reproductions. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, showing the bottle in perspective, and in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 2 illustrates the bottle from the front with the cap, while Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the bottom. The bottle, according to the industrial design, can be made of glass or plastic. Significant Features of the Industrial Design Significant features of the industrial design shown in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, and in the drawings, Figs. 2 and 3, include that the bottle is equipped with a neck 1 at the top, terminating in a ring 2. The container part 3 of the bottle resembles a slender, upwardly elongated pear. The bottom 4 of the bottle is thickened and has a circular outline.
