Butelka, szczególnie na wyroby perfumeryjne Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, szczególnie na wyroby perfumeryjne, znajdujaca zastosowanie w konfekcjonowaniu perfum, wód kwiatowych, wód kolonskich, wód toaletowych, dezodorantów osobistych i innych. Butelka moze byc wykorzystywana równiez jako opakowanie innych produktów, zwlaszcza kosmetycznych. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Odcinki 4 i 5 sa polaczone limami 6 wyprofilowanymi lukowo, przy czym promien luku linii 6 jest wiekszy w poblizu laczenia z krótszym odcinkiem 5. The bottle can also be used as packaging for other products, particularly cosmetics. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and materials. According to the industrial design, the bottle is suitable for repeated reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, fig. 1 - showing the bottle in a general view, variant 1, and in the attached drawing, in which fig. 2 - shows the bottle in a front view, variant 2, fig. 3 - the bottle in a side view, variant 2, fig. 4 - the bottom view, variant 1 and variant 2, and in the drawing, fig. 5 - illustrating the bottle in a top view, variant 1 and variant 2. The bottle, especially for perfumery products, according to the industrial design can be made of glass or plastic. Essential features of the industrial design The essential features of the industrial design, variant 1, shown in the attached photograph, fig. 1, and in the attached drawings fig. 4 and fig. 5, include that the bottle, especially for perfumery products, has the shape of an elongated solid, tapering upwards, with rounded edges. Its upper wall 1 is horizontal and has a circular outline. The upper wall of the bottle 1 merges in the center into the neck 2, on which the atomizer is mounted. The bottom of the bottle 1 is thickened. Viewed from below, the bottle has the outline of a geometric figure formed by two parallel sections 4 and 5, with section 4 being longer and section 5 being shorter. Sections 4 and 5 are connected by arc-shaped lines 6, with the radius of the arc of line 6 being greater near the junction with the shorter section 5. The essential features of industrial design variant 2, shown in the attached drawings Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, and Fig. 5, include that the bottle, particularly for perfume products, has the shape of an elongated solid tapering upwards, with rounded edges. Its upper wall 1 is horizontal and has the outline of a circle. The upper wall of the bottle 1 in the middle merges into the neck 2. The bottom 2 of the bottle is thickened. In the bottom view, the bottle has the outline of a geometric figure formed by two parallel segments 4 and 5, wherein segment 4 is longer and segment 5 is shorter.
