Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka, przeznaczona do konfekcjonowania wyrobów kosmetycznych. Moga to byc lakiery do paznokci, odzywki, balsamy a takze perfumy oraz produkty perfumeryjne typu: wody kwiatowe, wody kolonskie, wody toaletowe. Butelka moze tez byc wykorzystywana jako opakowanie wyrobów innego rodzaju. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym, nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na zalaczonym rysunku, na którym fig.l - ilustruje butelke w widoku od frontu, fig.2 - pokazuje butelke w widoku z boku, zas fig.3 - w widoku od spodu. Butelka, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym jest wykonana, korzystnie ze szkla. Do cech istotnych wzoru przemyslowego, przedstawionego na rysunku, fig. 1 , fig.2 i fig.3 - nalezy zaliczyc, ze czesc zbiornikowa 1 butelki, w widoku od frontu m a zarys zblizony w swej formie do zarysu gruszki. W widoku od spodu butelka ma zarys owalu. U dolu czesczbiornikowa 1 jest polaczona z podstawa 2, uksztaltowana w formie krazka. W górnej czesci, pomiedzy czescia zbiornikowa 1 a nagwintowana szyjka | butelka jest zaopatrzona w kolnierz 4. These may include nail polishes, conditioners, balms, as well as perfumes and perfumery products such as floral waters, colognes, and toilet waters. The bottle can also be used as packaging for other products. The essence of the design is a new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and materials. The bottle, in accordance with the industrial design, is suitable for multiple reproductions. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached drawing, in which Fig. 1 illustrates the bottle from the front, Fig. 2 shows the bottle from the side, and Fig. 3 shows the bottle from the bottom. In accordance with the industrial design, the bottle is preferably made of glass. The essential features of the industrial design shown in the drawings, Fig. 1, Fig. 2, and Fig. 3, include that the reservoir part 1 of the bottle, in a front view, has an outline similar to that of a pear. In the bottom view, the bottle has an oval outline. At the bottom, the reservoir part 1 is connected to the base 2, shaped like a disc. In the upper part, between the reservoir part 1 and the threaded neck, the bottle is provided with a collar 4.
