ZESTAW MEBLI WYPOCZYNKOWYCH Prawo z rejestracji wzoru przemyslowego trwa od dnia kwietnia 2006 r. Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli wypoczynkowych, w sklad którego wchodza: fotel oraz rozkladana sofa. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest przedstawiony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, z których poszczególne figury przedstawiaja: fig. 1 - wszystkie odmiany wzoru (czesci zestawu) w ujeciu zbiorczym, fig. 2 - fotel w rzucie aksonometrycznym ukosnym, fig. 3 - fotel w widoku z przodu, fig. 4 - fotel w widoku z tylu, fig. 5 - fotel w widoku bocznym, fig. 6 - sofe w rzucie aksonometrycznym ukosnym, fig. 7 - sofe w widoku z przodu, fig. 8 - sofe w widoku z tylu, fig. 9 - sofe w widoku bocznym, fig. 10 - rozlozona sofe w rzucie aksonometrycznym ukosnym. Wykaz odmian wzoru przemyslowego: 1) fotel, 2) sofa.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: Ad. 1) Fotel posiada ksztalt bryly zblizonej do odwróconego scietego ostroslupa prawidlowego czworokatnego, z wybraniem na siedzisko w przedniej czesci. Siedzisko ma postac bryly zblizonej do prostopadloscianu, którego czolowa sciana jest lagodnie wyoblona - w górnej czesci wysunieta, a w dolnej zblizona do podstawy fotela. Boczne oparcia posiadaja ksztalt zblizony do równolegloscianów, przy czym ich sciany stykajace sie z siedziskiem sa nad krawedzia styku wyoblone z odchyleniem na zewnatrz. Tylne oparcie ma postac bryly zblizonej do odwróconego scietego ostroslupa o prostokatnej podstawie. W tylnej czesci siedziska znajduje sie poducha o wyoblonej czolowej scianie. Na wierzchniej scianie siedziska, w jej przedniej czesci, znajduje sie wzdluzne - a posrodku czolowej sciany poduchy poprzeczne - przeszycie. Na zewnetrznych scianach tylnego i bocznych oparc znajduja sie wzdluzne, jak równiez przebiegajace równolegle do bocznych krawedzi danej sciany, przeszycia. U podstawy fotela zamocowane sa nózki w ksztalcie odwróconych scietych ostroslupów prawidlowych czworokatnych. Ad. 2) Sofa posiada ksztalt bryly zblizonej do odwróconej pryzmy czworobocznej, z wybraniem na siedzisko w przedniej czesci. Siedzisko ma postac bryly zblizonej do prostopadloscianu, którego czolowa sciana jest lagodnie wyoblona - w górnej czesci wysunieta, a w dolnej zblizona do podstawy sofy. Boczne oparcia posiadaja ksztalt zblizony do równolegloscianów, przy czym ich sciany stykajace sie z siedziskiem sa nad krawedzia styku wyoblone z odchyleniem na zewnatrz. Tylne oparcie ma postac bryly zblizonej do odwróconego scietego ostroslupa o prostokatnej podstawie. W tylnej czesci siedziska znajduja sie dwie poduchy o wyoblonych czolowych scianach. Na wierzchniej scianie siedziska znajduja sie dwa przeszycia: w przedniej czesci wzdluzne, a posrodku poprzeczne. Kazda z poduch posiada posrodku czolowej sciany poprzeczne przeszycie. Na zewnetrznych scianach tylnego i bocznych oparc znajduja sie wzdluzne, jak równiez przebiegajace równolegle do bocznych krawedzi danej sciany, przeszycia. The subject of the industrial design is a set of lounge furniture, which includes: an armchair and a fold-out sofa. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached illustrations, of which the individual figures show: fig. 1 - all variations of the design (parts of the set) in collective view, fig. 2 - armchair in oblique axonometric projection, fig. 3 - armchair in front view, fig. 4 - armchair in back view, fig. 5 - armchair in side view, fig. 6 - sofa in oblique axonometric projection, fig. 7 - sofa in front view, fig. 8 - sofa in back view, fig. 9 - sofa in side view, fig. 10 - unfolded sofa in oblique axonometric projection. List of industrial design variations: 1) armchair, 2) sofa. Essential features of the industrial design: Ad. 1) The armchair has a shape similar to an inverted truncated pyramid, with a recessed seat in the front. The seat has a shape similar to a cuboid, with a gently rounded front wall—protruding in the upper part and similar to the base of the armchair in the lower part. The side backrests have a shape similar to parallelepipeds, with their walls abutting the seat being rounded and tilted outward above the contact edge. The rear backrest has a shape similar to an inverted truncated pyramid with a rectangular base. The rear part of the seat contains a cushion with a rounded front wall. On the upper wall of the seat, in its front section, there is a longitudinal stitching – and in the center of the front wall of the cushion, a transverse stitching. On the outer walls of the rear and side backrests, there are longitudinal stitching, as well as stitching running parallel to the side edges of the respective walls. Attached to the base of the armchair are legs in the shape of inverted truncated pyramids of regular quadrangular shapes. Note 2) The sofa has a shape similar to an inverted quadrangular prism, with a recess for the seat in the front section. The seat is a shape similar to a cuboid, the front wall of which is gently curved – protruding in the upper section and similar in the lower section to the sofa's base. The side backrests are shaped like parallelepipeds, with their walls adjoining the seat rounded above the contact edge, sloping outward. The rear backrest is shaped like an inverted truncated pyramid with a rectangular base. The rear of the seat features two cushions with rounded front walls. The top wall of the seat features two stitching patterns: longitudinal in the front and transverse in the middle. Each cushion has a transverse stitching pattern in the center of the front wall. The outer walls of the rear and side backrests feature longitudinal stitching, as well as stitching that runs parallel to the side edges of the respective wall.
