Various sheet designs are known for packaging chocolate and feature external graphics intended to clearly distinguish products and manufacturers. The originality of an industrial design is evident in its colors, background lines, arrangement of images, and their shape. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the drawing, in which Fig. 1 shows a chocolate wrapper in the first variant of the pattern with a drawing of an apple, Fig. 2 - a chocolate wrapper in the second variant of the pattern with a drawing of cocoa beans, Fig. 3 - a chocolate wrapper in the third variant of the pattern with a drawing of hazelnuts, Fig. 4 - a chocolate wrapper in the fourth variant of the pattern with a drawing of a milk jug, Fig. 5 - a chocolate wrapper in the fifth variant of the pattern with a drawing of raspberries and almonds, Fig. 6 - a chocolate wrapper in the sixth variant of the pattern with a drawing of oranges and hazelnuts, Fig. 7 - a chocolate wrapper in the seventh variant of the pattern with a drawing of cocoa beans, surrounded by a ribbon with an inscription, Fig. 8 - a chocolate wrapper in the eighth variant of the pattern with a drawing of a jug of milk and flowers. The industrial design consists of a dark gold sheet, on which, between horizontal stitches at the top and bottom, composed of dark gold chain and dark brown lines, there is a background in the form of old wooden beams, on which various graphic elements are arranged in separate areas. The central area is the front surface, which is separated from the back surface on the left side and from the folding surface on the right side by narrow side stripes. The front surface has a clearly lighter background, and on top of it are heraldic symbols, below which is a stylized, arched frame of dark gold lines, filled inside with a different color variation and with dark gold inscriptions arranged in arcs. Below, in the center of the front surface, is an illustration of a church building framed by a chain stitch in the shape of a window with a pointed upper arch. A double cord runs horizontally across all surfaces beneath the illustration. On the front surface, on the right side, the cord and partially within the illustration, a circular wax seal appears, with an inscription around its circumference and a symbolic image of a figure with a child inside. At the bottom left, beneath the cord, is a drawing according to various versions. On the back surface, the top of the design is a repeat of the various versions, surrounded by arcs at the top and bottom with stylized inscriptions in a dark gold color. The lower part is filled with light inscriptions. Furthermore, on the left side, there is a vertical strip in a different version color, containing small vertical inscriptions. Narrow side strips have vertical dark gold inscriptions in the center, while at the top and bottom are small ovals in the version color, surrounded by dark gold decoration. In the first version of the industrial design, the version color is light green, while the design features a whole apple with leaves in the background, in front of which is a quarter of an apple on the left, and on the right, whole and cracked peanuts. In the second version of the industrial design, the color variation is cocoa brown, while the design features a bowl with cocoa and a leaf in the background, in front of which is an enlarged half cocoa bean on the left, and on the right, small whole and cracked cocoa beans. In the third version of the industrial design, the color variation is dark green, while the design features a bunch of hazelnuts with three nuts, in front of which are whole and cracked hazelnuts. In the fourth version of the industrial design, the color variation is blue, while the design features a tilted bucket from which milk is poured into a cup below. In the fifth version of the industrial design, the color variation is raspberry red, while the design features two raspberries with leaves in the background, in front of which are whole and cracked almond nuts. In the sixth version of the industrial design, the color variation is orange, while the drawing contains a whole orange with leaves in the background, behind which is placed an orange half on the right side, a peeled orange segment on the right side in front, and whole and cracked hazelnuts on the left side in front. 34 In the seventh version of the industrial design, the color variation is purple, while the drawing contains a bowl of cocoa and a leaf in the background, in front of which is placed an enlarged half of a cocoa bean on the left side, and small whole and cracked cocoa beans on the right side. Furthermore, the entire drawing composition is surrounded by a ribbon in the color variation, with narrow white lines on the edges and white inscription in the center. In the eighth version of the industrial design, the color scheme is silver-gray, and the design features a tilted jug pouring milk into a cup below, while three flowers with white petals and yellow heads are placed nearby. The industrial design, in its variations, is distinguished by its unique style and significantly distinguishes the product from those currently offered. Essential features of the industrial design 1.
