Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac przedmiotu przejawiajaca sie w ukladzie linii i barwie dekoracyjnej tkaniny meblowej nadajac wzorowi nowy i oryginalny wyglad. Przedmiot wzoru jest przedstawiony na zalaczonych ilustracjach, na których fig. 1 przedstawia kanape w widoku ogólnym z przodu, fig. 2 - kanape w widoku ogólnym z lewego boku, a fig. 3 - kanape w widoku ogólnym z prawego boku. Kanapa sklada sie z z dwóch ram polaczonych zapadkowym mechanizmem podnoszenia, tworzacych konstrukcje stelazowa, na której umieszczone jest siedzisko i czesc oparciowa. Czesc oparciowa i siedzisko stanowia grubo oblozone poduchy. Poduchy okryte sa tkanina dekoracyjna o wzorze posiadajacym równolegle linie proste, miedzy którymi jest jedna lub wiele poziomych lin tworzace fale. Uklad linii tworzy pasy jedno lub wielobarwne, przy czym barwy te sa w róznych odcieniach. W lewym górnym rogu czesci oparciowej jest stylizowany napis „Huntington Beach", którego litery H i B sa ozdobnymi inicjalami. Natomiast w srodku z lewej strony na czole siedziska jest obraz sylwetki czlowieka z deska surfingowa nad glowa, a prawej stronie obrazu napis duzymi literami SURFING NOUN [U], a pod nim napis THE SPORT OF RIDING ON A WAVE ON A SPECIAL BOARD". Poduchy posiadaja dwa pionowe przeszycia. Tkanina dekoracyjna tworzy pokrowiec. Pokrowiec mozna zdejmowac. Po obu bokachsiedziska leza poduszki. Kanapa wsparta jest na podstawie metalowej, do której zamocowane sa nogi. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. 1.Wzór kanapy sklada sie ze stelazu stanowiacego dwie ramy polaczone ze soba zapadkowym mechanizmem podnoszenia, a na stelazu zamocowane jest siedzisko i oparcie. 2. Siedzisko i oparcie stanowia poduchy, które posiadaja wzdluzne stebnowanie. 3. Poduszki okryte sa tkanina dekoracyjna o wzorze poziomych równoleglych linii prostych, miedzy którymi jest jedna lub wiele poziomych lin tworzace fale. 4. Uklad linii tworzy pasy jedno lub wielobarwne, przy czym barwy te sa w róznych odcieniach. 5. W lewym rogu oparcia jest napis Huntington Beach", a duze litery H i B to ozdobne inicjaly. 6. W srodku, lewej strony czola siedziska znajduje sie sylwetka czlowieka z deska surfingowa nad glowa, a a prawej stronie obrazu napis duzymi literami SURFING NOUN [U], a pod nim napis THE SPORT OF RIDING ON A WAVE ON A SPECIAL BOARD. 7. The essence of the industrial design is the new form of the object, manifested in the arrangement of lines and the color of the decorative upholstery fabric, giving the design a new and original appearance. The subject of the design is shown in the attached illustrations, in which Fig. 1 shows the sofa in a general front view, Fig. 2 - a general view from the left side, and Fig. 3 - a general view from the right side. The sofa consists of two frames connected by a ratchet lifting mechanism, creating a frame structure on which the seat and backrest are placed. The backrest and seat are made of thickly upholstered cushions. The cushions are covered with a decorative fabric with a pattern of parallel straight lines, between which there are one or more horizontal lines forming waves. The arrangement of lines creates single or multi-colored stripes, with these colors in various shades. In the upper left corner of the backrest there is a stylized inscription "Huntington Beach", of which the letters H and B are decorative initials. In the middle, on the left side, at the front of the seat, there is an image of a silhouette of a man with a surfboard above his head, and on the right side of the image there is an inscription in large letters "SURFING NOUN [U]" and below it the inscription "THE SPORT OF RIDING ON A WAVE ON A SPECIAL BOARD". The cushions have two vertical stitchings. The decorative fabric forms a cover. The cover is removable. There are cushions on both sides of the seat. The sofa is supported by a metal base to which the legs are attached. Significant features of the industrial design. 1.
