ZESTAW MEBLI Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli skladajacy sie z komody, komody wysokiej, lózka, lustra, parawanu, szafy 2-drzwiowej, szafy 3-drzwiowej, szafy naroznej, szafki oraz toaletki. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowy, posiadajacy indywidualny charakter dobór mebli i ich ksztalt oraz faktura i kolorystyka ich wykonania tworzaca jednolita i oryginalna kompozycje zestawu przeznaczonego do powierzchni mieszkalnych. Zestaw mebli jest wykonany z drewna lub plyty laminowanej w róznych kolorach, przykladowo w kolorze klonu i orzecha. Lózko wg wzoru przemyslowego posiada charakterystyczna rame lózka o kontrastowym zestawieniu kolorów oraz szczyt lózka z dwoma podglówkami, schodkowe wykonczenie górnej czesci ramy szczytów lózka oraz charakterystyczne nogi.Lustro wg wzoru przemyslowego o prostokatnym ksztalcie, z umieszczonym centralnie lustrem i ramie o charakterystycznym schodkowym wykonczeniu. Szafa 2-drzwiowa wg wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu, przy czym drzwi szafy skladaja sie z dwóch róznokolorowych plaszczyzn - jasniejszej od góry, ponizej ciemniejszej, miejsce ich laczenia podkreslone jest kontrastowym kolorem, zas na wysokosci tego laczenia, umieszczono charakterystyczny duzy dwuczesciowy uchwyt. Szafa posiada charakterystyczne wykonczenie górnych krawedzi wienca oraz charakterystyczne nogi. Szafa 3-drzwiowa wg wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt prostopadloscianu, przy czym plaszczyzna frontu szafy, która tworza plaszczyzny drzwi podwójnych i drzwi pojedynczych, sklada sie z dwóch kolorów - jasniejszego od góry, ponizej ciemniejszego, miejsce ich laczenia podkreslone jest kontrastowym kolorem. Na wysokosci kontrastowego laczenia kolorów, na drzwiach podwójnych mieszczono charakterystyczny duzy - dwuczesciowy uchwyt, zas na drzwiach pojedynczych charakterystyczny pojedynczy duzy uchwyt. Szafa posiadacharakterystyczne wykonczenie górnych krawedzi wienca oraz charakterystyczne nogi. Szafa narozna wg wzoru przemyslowego posiada front szafy, która tworza trzy segmenty - dwa boczne oraz srodkowy - segment drzwi pojedynczych, który sklada sie z dwóch kolorów, miejsce ich laczenia podkreslone jest kontrastowym kolorem. Na wysokosci kontrastowego laczenia kolorów, na drzwiach charakterystyczny mniejszy uchwyt. Szafa posiada charakterystyczne wykonczenie górnych krawedzi wienca oraz charakterystyczne nogi. Szafka wg wzoru przemyslowego ma ksztalt zblizony do prostopadloscianu, jedna szuflade z charakterystycznym malym uchwytem, a pod nia drzwiczki z charakterystycznym malym uchwytem, a takze charakterystyczne wykonczenie górnych krawedzi wienca oraz charakterystyczne nogi. Plaszczyzna dwóch podstaw toaletki sklada sie z dwóch kolorów, miejsce ich laczenia podkreslone jest kontrastowym kolorem. Na blacie umieszczono lustro o ramie w kontrastujacym kolorze. Toaletka posiada charakterystyczne wykonczenie górnych krawedzi blatu oraz charakterystyczne nogi. Cechami istotnymi zestawu mebli jest to, ze w jego sklad wchodza dostosowane do siebie funkcjonalnie okreslone meble ocharakterystycznej fakturze i kolorystyce tj. gdzie laczone sa trzy rózne plaszczyzny w jednym meblu, kontrastowo zestawione, co tworzy oryginalna kompozycje zestawu, równiez dzieki elementom: charakterystycznym nogom, wykonczeniu schodkowym górnych krawedzi oraz uchwytom. Zestaw charakteryzuje sie geometrycznymi wzorami, prostota formy i ciepla kolorystyka. The essence of the industrial design is the new, individually designed selection of furniture, its shape, texture, and color scheme, creating a uniform and original composition for a living space. The furniture set is made of wood or laminated board in various colors, for example, maple and walnut. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached drawings, in which fig. 1, 1a, 1b shows a chest of drawers, fig. 2, 2a, 2b - a tall chest of drawers, fig. 3, 3a, 3b a bed, fig. 4, 4a,4b a mirror, fig. 5, 5a,5b a screen, fig. 6,6a,6b a 2-door wardrobe, fig. 7, 7a,7b a 3-door wardrobe, fig. 8, 8a,8b a corner wardrobe, fig. 9,9a,9b a cabinet, fig. 10,10a,1 Ob-dressing table.Fig. Figure 11 shows the characteristic color combination, Figure 12 the characteristic stepped finish, Figure 13 the color combination in the doors, Figure 14 the characteristic large handle, Figure 15 the characteristic small handle, Figure 16 the characteristic leg, Figure 17 the headboard at the head of the bed. Example furniture combinations are shown in Figures 18-19. The chest of drawers, based on an industrial design, has a cuboid shape, consisting of three drawers, the color of the upper drawer being lighter than the two lower ones, it has a characteristic stepped finish on the upper panel, characteristic drawer handles, and characteristic legs. The industrial-style tall chest of drawers has a cuboid shape, consisting of five drawers. The top drawer is narrower and darker, the two middle ones lighter, and the bottom two darker. Between the wider drawers, it features distinctive, contrasting darker finishes. The entire unit features a distinctive stepped finish on the top panel, a distinctive drawer handle, and distinctive legs. The industrial-style bed features a distinctive bed frame in contrasting colors, a headboard with two headboards, a stepped finish on the upper part of the headboard frame, and distinctive legs. The industrial-style mirror is rectangular, with a centrally placed mirror and a frame with a distinctive stepped finish. This industrial-style screen consists of three wings, each divided into two layers—the upper one lighter, the lower one darker—highlighted by a contrasting partition. Decorative rectangles are placed on the lighter layer at the top of the screen. The entire screen features a distinctive stepped finish on the upper edges and distinctive legs. The two-door industrial-style wardrobe is cuboid-shaped, with the doors consisting of two differently colored layers—lighter at the top and darker below. Their join is highlighted in a contrasting color, and a distinctive large, two-piece handle is placed at the joint. The wardrobe features a distinctive finish on the upper edges of the panel and distinctive legs. The three-door wardrobe, designed with an industrial design, has a cuboid shape. The cabinet front, formed by the surfaces of the double and single doors, is composed of two colors—lighter at the top and darker below, with a contrasting color accentuating their join. At the level of the contrasting color, the double door features a distinctive large, two-piece handle, while the single door features a distinctive single, large handle. The wardrobe features a distinctive finish on the top edges of the panel and distinctive legs. The corner wardrobe, designed with an industrial design, has a cabinet front composed of three segments—two side segments and a central single door segment, composed of two colors, with a contrasting color accentuating their join. At the level of the contrasting color accentuation, the door features a distinctive smaller handle. The wardrobe features a distinctive finish on the top edges of the panel and distinctive legs. The industrial-style cabinet has a roughly rectangular shape, a single drawer with a distinctive small handle, and beneath it a door with a distinctive small handle, as well as distinctively finished top edges and distinctive legs. The industrial-style dressing table has a top, flanked by two bases, each consisting of a drawer with a distinctive handle and a door with a distinctive handle located on the inner edge. The surface of the two bases of the dressing table is composed of two colors, with their junction highlighted by a contrasting color. A mirror with a contrasting frame sits on the top. The dressing table has a distinctively finished top edges and distinctive legs. The essential features of this furniture set are that it includes functionally matched pieces of furniture with distinctive textures and colors, i.e., where three different surfaces are combined in one piece, contrastingly juxtaposed, creating an original composition, also thanks to the distinctive legs, stepped finish of the upper edges, and handles. The set is characterized by geometric patterns, simple form, and warm colors. The furniture fronts are symmetrically divided with dark strips and elegant handles.
