PL 25768 2 Opis wzoru przemyslowego Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli, znany pod nazwa handlowa „Fargo", sta- nowiacy wyposazenie pokoi, zwlaszcza dzieciecych i mlodziezowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac zestawu mebli przejawiajaca sie w ksztalcie, kolorystyce i zestawieniu faktur nadajaca mu spójny, indywidualny charakter wyrózniajacy sposród innych zestawów meblowych tego rodzaju i/lub przeznaczenia. Przedmiot wedlug wzoru przemyslowego zlozony z 14 elementów, skladajacych sie na jeden, spójny zestaw – przedstawiony jest na rysunku, na którym poszczególne, pojedyncze meble zestawu wedlug wzoru przedstawione sa w widoku perspektywicznym, przy czym: fig. 1 przedstawia duza, trzydrzwiowa szafe z pólka i dwiema szufladami; fig. 2 przedstawia dwudrzwiowa szafe o pelnych frontach; fig. 3 przedstawia dwudrzwiowa szafe z jedna wneka i szuflada; fig. 4 przedstawia regal z dwiema pólkami i dwiema szufladami; fig. 5 przedstawia komode z trzema szufladami; fig. 6 przedstawia biurko; fig. 7 przedstawia wiszaca zamykana szafke z pólka; fig. 8 przedstawia pólke; fig. 9 przedstawia szafke RTV; fig. 10 przedstawia szafke nocna; fig. 11 przedstawia pojedyncze lózko; fig. 12 przedstawia dwuosobowe lózko; fig. 13 przedstawia narozna, dwudrzwiowa szafe; fig. 14 przedstawia szuflade na posciel; fig. 15 przedstawia fragment korpusu mebli z widocznym, czarnym nadrukiem w postaci liter. Korpusy oraz obrzeza mebli w zestawie wedlug wzoru przemyslowego sa w kolorze brazowym, o drewnianej strukturze z widocznym uslojeniem, na których to korpusach rozmieszczone sa gdzienieg- dzie oryginalne, czarne nadruki w postaci liter. Fronty meblowe utrzymane sa w kolorystyce szarej, antracytowej, o matowej fakturze, natomiast uchwyty mebli sa w postaci metalowej kolatki. Jak zostalo to zobrazowane na rysunku fig. 1 – fig. 15 a dodatkowo, bardziej szczególowo na przykladowej aranzacji na rysunku fig. 16, korpusy mebli oraz konstrukcje lózek sa w kolorze brazowym z widocznym usloje- niem oraz gdzieniegdzie widocznym czarnym nadrukiem, natomiast fronty mebli sa matowe, w kolorze szarym, antracytowym. Na powierzchniach bocznych i na korpusach mebli widoczne sa rozmieszczone gdzieniegdzie oryginalne, czarne nadruki w postaci liter (jak to zostalo zobrazowane na rysunku fig. 1–15 i fig. 16); 2. Fronty meblowe utrzymane sa w kolorystyce szarej, antracytowej o matowej fakturze (jak to zostalo zobrazowane na rysunku fig. 1–14 i fig. 16); 3. Uchwyty mebli sa w postaci metalowej kolatki (jak to zostalo zobrazowane na rysunku fig. 1–7, fig. 9, fig. 10, fig. 13 i fig. 16. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of the furniture set manifested in the shape, colors and combination of textures, giving it a coherent, individual character distinguishing it from other furniture sets of this type and/or purpose. The subject according to the industrial design, composed of 14 elements, making up one coherent set - is presented in the drawing, in which the individual, single pieces of furniture of the set according to the pattern are shown in a perspective view, wherein: fig. 1 shows a large, three-door wardrobe with a shelf and two drawers; fig. 2 shows a two-door wardrobe with full fronts; fig. 3 shows a two-door wardrobe with one alcove and a drawer; Fig. 4 shows a bookcase with two shelves and two drawers; Fig. 5 shows a chest of drawers with three drawers; Fig. 6 shows a desk; Fig. 7 shows a hanging, locked cabinet with a shelf; Fig. 8 shows a shelf; Fig. 9 shows a TV stand; Fig. 10 shows a bedside table; Fig. 11 shows a single bed; Fig. 12 shows a double bed; Fig. 13 shows a corner, two-door wardrobe; Fig. 14 shows a bedding drawer; Fig. 15 shows a fragment of a furniture body with a visible black print in the form of letters. Figures Fig. 1 – Fig. 14 show in detail individual pieces of furniture in a set according to the industrial design in the claimed colors. Figure 16 shows an example arrangement using some of the furniture from the industrial design furniture set, to more accurately illustrate the details of their external appearance, with the furniture included in the collective drawing being Figures 1; 3; 6; 7; 10; and 11. The bodies and edges of the furniture in the industrial design set are brown, with a wooden structure with visible grain, and feature original black letter prints here and there. The furniture fronts are in anthracite gray with a matte texture, while the furniture handles are metal knockers. As illustrated in Figures 1–15, and additionally, in more detail in the example arrangement in Figure 16, the furniture bodies and bed frames are brown with visible wood grain and occasional black print, while the furniture fronts are matte, anthracite gray. Essential Features of the Industrial Design: A furniture set based on the industrial design, furnishing rooms, especially those of children and teenagers, consisting of 14 elements in the form of wardrobes, bookcases, cabinets, an RTV unit, chests of drawers, shelves, and beds, is characterized by the following: 1. The furniture bodies and edges in the set based on the industrial design are brown, with a structure resembling wood with visible wood grain. On the side surfaces and on the furniture bodies, original black prints in the form of letters are visible here and there (as shown in figures 1-15 and 16); 2. The furniture fronts are in grey, anthracite colors with a matte texture (as shown in figures 1-14 and 16); 3. The furniture handles are in the form of a metal knocker (as shown in figures 1-7, 9, 10, 13 and 16.
