Swieca CHOINKA Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest swieca o dosc regularnym ksztalcie, skladajaca sie z jednej specyficznej figury o nazwie CHOINKA. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wyrobu swiecacego, przejawiajaca sie w szczególnosci w charakterystycznym ksztalcie, ukladzie powierzchni i barwie. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego, uwidocznionego na fotografiach, wynikaja z bryly swiecy o nowym, oryginalnym ksztalcie. Istotna cecha nowego wzoru jest to, iz swieca postrzegana z góry przypomina swym ksztaltem okrag. Natomiast swieca w ujeciu bocznym przypomina stozek. Bryla swiecy w takim ujeciu wyglada tak, jak gdyby byla to sterta szesciu krazków poukladanych kolejno na sobie, poczawszy od najwiekszego a ukonczywszy na najmniejszym. Dolny krazek jest najwyzszy i ma najwieksza srednice, nastepne cztery maja taka sama wysokosc a ich srednica stopniowo sie zmniejsza. Ostatni z krazków ma najmniejsza srednice jest najnizszy i zwienczony knotem. Patrzac z perspektywy bryla ta przypomina swoim wygladem tradycyjny kopiec. Calosc tworzy bardzo subtelna i harmonijna bryle. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego swiecy CHOINKA wynikaja z zastosowania oryginalnego ksztaltu do produkcji wyrobu swiecacego. Charakterystyczny i wyszukany ksztalt swiecy nadaje jej niepowtarzalny, jedyny w swoim rodzaju wyglad. PL PLCHRISTMAS TREE Candle. The industrial design is a candle of a fairly regular shape, consisting of a single, specific figure called a CHRISTMAS TREE. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a luminous product, manifested in particular in its characteristic shape, surface arrangement, and color. The industrial design is shown in the attached photographs. Photograph FIG. 1 shows a top view of the candle, and FIG. 2 shows a side view of the candle. The essential features of the industrial design, shown in the photographs, result from the candle's new, original shape. A significant feature of the new design is that the candle, viewed from above, resembles a circle. However, viewed from the side, the candle resembles a cone. The candle's shape, viewed this way, appears as if it were a stack of six discs arranged one on top of the other, starting with the largest and ending with the smallest. The bottom disc is the tallest and has the largest diameter; the next four are the same height, but their diameters gradually decrease. The last disc has the smallest diameter, is the lowest, and is topped with a wick. Viewed from a distance, this shape resembles a traditional mound. The whole creates a very subtle and harmonious shape. The essential features of the CHOIRENKA candle's industrial design stem from the use of an original shape in the production of the candle. The candle's distinctive and sophisticated shape gives it a unique, one-of-a-kind appearance.
