Swieca JAJO Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest swieca o dosc regularnym ksztalcie, skladajaca sie z dwóch specyficznych figur o nazwie JAJO. Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa postac wyrobu swiecacego, przejawiajaca sie w szczególnosci w charakterystycznym ksztalcie, ukladzie powierzchni i barwie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach. Istotna cecha pierwszej odmiany nowego wzoru jest to, iz swieca swym ksztaltem przypomina elipse ze scieta podstawa dolna. Jednakze patrzac na nia z boku ma ksztalt prostokata, do którego z przodu i z tylu przyczepiono dwie wypukle pólkule o jajowatym ksztalcie przypominajacym zóltka jaj. Ich wymiar jest pieciokrotnie mniejszy od elipsy. Wypuklosci te znajduja sie na 1/3 wysokosci bryly. Swieca ta widziana od przodu przypomina swym wygladem przekrojone jajo. W drugiej odmianie nowego wzoru w miejscu wypuklosci znajduje sie otwór o ksztalcie i wymiarach elementów wypuklych pierwszej odmiany. Takie zestawienie czyni swiece bardzo atrakcyjna i jedyna w swoim rodzaju.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego swiecy JAJO wynikaja z zastosowania oryginalnego ksztaltu do produkcji wyrobu swiecacego. Charakterystyczny ksztalt swiecy nadaje je j niepowtarzalny i elegancki wyglad. PL PLThe industrial design is for a candle with a fairly regular shape, consisting of two specific figures called EGGs. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of a luminous product, manifesting itself in particular in its characteristic shape, surface arrangement, and color. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached photographs. The essential features of the industrial design, as seen in the photographs, stem from the candle's shape, which has a new, original shape. A significant feature of the first variation of the new design is that the candle resembles an ellipse with a truncated lower base. However, when viewed from the side, it is a rectangle, to which two convex, ovoid hemispheres resembling egg yolks are attached at the front and back. Their dimensions are five times smaller than the ellipse. These convexities are located one-third of the height of the shape. Viewed from the front, this candle resembles a cross-sectioned egg. In the second variation of the new design, the convexity is replaced by a hole with the same shape and dimensions as the convex elements of the first variation. This combination makes the candle very attractive and one of a kind. The essential features of the industrial design of the EGG candle result from the use of an original shape in the production of the candle. The candle's distinctive shape gives it a unique and elegant appearance.
