The subject of the industrial design is furniture and its subsequent variations (forms), which are primarily intended for furnishing homes. The industrial design submitted for protection is shown in illustration 1, while figures 2, 3, and 4 represent its subsequent forms, i.e., variations of the industrial design, which together form a furniture set. List of variations of the industrial design: 1) two-door wardrobe: - fig. 1, 2) cabinet with shelves - fig. 2, 3) display cabinet - fig. 3, 4) cabinet with a bar - fig. A significant feature of the industrial design shown in illustration 1 - a two-door wardrobe - is that: - its lower part contains two drawers, with a two-door wardrobe above them, wherein - the outer surface of the doors and drawers is smooth, while a decorative cylinder is placed along all edges of the cabinet, creating a frame-shaped ornament. An important feature of the variation of the industrial design shown in Fig. 2 - a cabinet with shelves - is that: - it is slightly lower than the previously described two-door cabinet shown in Fig. 1, its upper part is obliquely rounded, - in its lowest part there is a low module consisting of two side single-door cabinets divided by two open shelves, - its middle part is a slightly shallower, open shelf, - above it, there are open shelves, divided asymmetrically, half vertically, and in their lower right part there is a drawer, - the outer surface of the cabinet doors and drawers is smooth, while along all edges of the cabinet there is a decorative cylinder, creating a frame-shaped ornament. An important feature of the industrial design variation shown in Fig. 3 - a display cabinet - is that: — its height is analogous to the two-door wardrobe described in Fig. 1, — it is slightly shallower than the two-door wardrobe described in Fig. 1, — there are two drawers in its lower part, — above the cabinet with drawers there is a two-door, partially glazed display cabinet, whereby — each of the door wings of the display cabinet is divided by a vertical, fancifully wavy line in such a way that in the middle of the display cabinet there is a vertically positioned glass element visible, the widest in the middle of the cabinet, then - higher and lower - slightly narrowing and then widening in a funnel-like manner at the top and bottom of the display cabinet, — the outer surface of the doors and drawers is smooth, while along all edges of the display cabinet there is a A decorative cylinder was added, creating a frame-shaped ornament. A significant feature of the industrial design variation shown in Fig. 4 – a cabinet with a bar – is that: — it is slightly shallower than the previously described cabinet with shelves, shown in Fig. 2, its height is analogous to that of this cabinet, and its upper part is diagonally rounded – in the opposite direction than in the cabinet shown in Fig. 2, — its lower part contains a two-door cabinet, — above the cabinet is a closed bar cabinet, — two open shelves are placed above the bar cabinet. — the outer surface of the cabinet doors and bar cabinet is smooth, while a decorative cylinder, creating a frame-shaped ornament, is placed along all edges of the cabinet.
