Zestaw mebli o nazwie Bodzio System nalezy do grupy skrzyniowych mebli pokojowych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal uwidoczniony na rysunku „Fig." 2 (A, B, C, D, E, F, G oraz H) oraz ilustracji, „Fig." 1, przedstawiajace zestaw mebli od strony frontowej. Sciana tylna zestawu stanowi zamknieta plaszczyzne odpowiadajacej swa powierzchnia i ksztaltem czesci frontowej (przedniej) zestawu. Sciana ta jest wykonana z plyty pilsniowej. Elementy zestawu mebli skladaja sie z nastepujacych elementów: - Szafa dwudrzwiowa, rys. „Fig." 2F, która od czesci przedniej sklada sie z dwóch frontów drzwiowych. Wewnatrz skrzyni, w górnej czesci szafy, na calej jej szerokosci znajduje sie metalowy drazek na wieszaki. Zewnetrzne krawedzie drzwi sa wykonczone listwa aluminiowa co zostalo uwidocznione na fotografii. - Nadstawka szafy, rys. „Fig." 2E, jest usadowiona na szafie dwudrzwiowej i ma postac skrzyni z delikatnie wysunietym na zewnatrz cokolem. Fronty drzwiowe zostaly wykonczone listwami aluminiowymi. Wewnatrz nadstawki znajduje sie pólka zamontowana w polowie jej wysokosci.- Pól szafa, rys. „Fig." 2J, ma postac skrzyni dolnej przypodlogowej, w górnej czesci zwienczonej listwa cokolowa, a w pozostalej czesci zakrytej w plaszczyznie czolowej, jednym dlugim frontem drzwiowym, pokryty listwa aluminiowa na jego zewnetrznych krawedziach. Pól szafa jest emanacja szafy dwudrzwiowej i stanowi polowe jej szerokosci oraz pojemnosci. - Regal barkowy rys. „Fig." 2D, m postac skrzyni z wydzielonymi dwoma strefami otwartej przestrzeni oraz dwoma strefami zakrytymi, frontami drzwiowymi. W górnej czesci, regal barkowy jest w swej plaszczyznie czolowej zakryty dwoma frontami drzwiowymi równymi wysokoscia z frontami drzwiowymi nadstawki szafy, co jest widoczne na fotografii „Fig." 1. Czesc górna oddziela od czesci dolnej otwarta, wolna przestrzen. Ponizej znajduje sie barek, który w swej czesci czolowej zamykany jest frontem drzwiowym w postaci klapy uchylnej. Wewnatrz barku znajduje sie poziomo zamontowana pólka. Od góry regal zamkniety jest cokolem. Wszystkie elementy frontowe zostaly wykonczone listwa aluminiowa. - Regal TV, rys. „Fig." 2C, sklada sie w swej górnej czesci z dwóch frontów drzwiowych. Ponizej tych frontów znajduje sie pólka. Fronty drzwiowe zostaly wykonczone aluminiowa listwa Czesc zamykana frontami drzwiowymi stanowi 2/3 calkowitej wysokosci regalu. Regal od góry zamkniety jest cokolem. Wewnatrz zamknietej czesci regalu znajduja sie dwie symetrycznie rozmieszczone pólki. - Regal witryna, rys. „Fig."2B, sklada sie z dwóch pionowych frontów drzwiowych oraz otwartej przegrody dolnej. Wewnatrz witryny znajduja sie dwie, symetrycznie rozmieszczone pólki. Fronty drzwiowe sa przeszklone, co zostalo uwidocznione na fotografii, „Fig." 1, a ich krawedzie wykonczone sa aluminiowymi listwami. Od góry witryna przykryta jest cokolem. - Korpus dwudrzwiowy, rys. „Fig." 2H, ma postac skrzyni w dolnej, przypodlogowej czesci zwienczonej listwa cokolowa. Korpus ten jest zamkniety dwoma frontami drzwiowymi wykonczonymi listwa aluminiowa. W swej górnej czesci zamkniety jest cokolem. - Korpus szufladowy rys. „Fig." 2G, w swej wysokosci oraz szerokosci odpowiada korpusowi dwudrzwiowemu. Kazdy z opisanych elementów, ich ksztalt, kolor, rodzaj zastosowanego materialu maja istotne znaczenie dla zastrzezenia owego wzoru przemyslowego. Wazna cecha wplywajaca na oryginalnosc zestawu mebli Bodzio System jest wykonczenie jego poszczególnych elementów listwa aluminiowa nadajac mu oryginalne walory wizualne oraz praktyczne. Elementy te zostaly takze wyposazone w aluminiowe uchwyty oraz stopki o przekroju kwadratu, nadajac dodatkowo zestawowi dodatkowe walory estetyczne.„Fig." 1„Fig." 2 PL PLLIVING ROOM FURNITURE SET The subject of the submitted industrial design is a set of Bodzio System living room furniture, consisting of five two-level segments: wardrobe extension fig. "Fig." 2A, two-door wardrobe iys. "Fig." 2F, display cabinet fig. "Fig." 2B, TV shelf fig. "Fig." 2C, bar shelf fig. "Fig." 2D, half wardrobe extension fig. "Fig." 2E, half wardrobe iys. "Fig." 2J, drawer body fig. "Fig." 2G and door body fig. "Fig." 2H. The furniture set called Bodzio System belongs to the group of box living room furniture. The subject of the industrial design is shown in drawing "Fig." 2 (A, B, C, D, E, F, G and H) and illustration "Fig." 1, showing the furniture set from the front side. The rear wall of the set is a closed surface that corresponds in size and shape to the front part of the set. This wall is made of fiberboard. The furniture set consists of the following elements: - A two-door wardrobe, fig. "Fig." 2F, which consists of two door fronts at the front. Inside the box, in the upper part of the wardrobe, there is a metal bar for hangers along its entire width. The outer edges of the doors are finished with an aluminum strip, as shown in the photo. - The wardrobe extension, fig. "Fig." 2E, sits on the two-door wardrobe and has the form of a box with a slightly protruding plinth. The door fronts are finished with aluminum strips. Inside the extension there is a shelf mounted halfway up its height. - The half wardrobe, drawing "Fig." 2J, has the form of a lower floor box, topped with a plinth strip in the upper part, and in the remaining part covered in the front plane by one long door front, covered with an aluminum strip on its outer edges. The half wardrobe is an emanation of a two-door wardrobe and constitutes half of its width and capacity. - The shoulder shelf, drawing "Fig." 2D, has the form of a box with two zones of open space and two zones covered with door fronts. In the upper part, the shoulder shelf is covered in its front plane by two door fronts equal in height to the door fronts of the wardrobe extension, which is visible in the photograph "Fig." 1. The upper part is separated from the lower part by an open, free space. Below is a bar, which is closed at the front with a hinged door. Inside the bar is a horizontally mounted shelf. The top of the shelf is closed with a plinth. All front elements are finished with an aluminum strip. - The TV shelf, drawing "Fig." 2C, consists of two door fronts in its upper part. Below these fronts is a shelf. The door fronts are finished with an aluminum strip. The part closed with the door fronts constitutes 2/3 of the total height of the shelf. The top of the shelf is closed with a plinth. Inside the closed part of the shelf are two symmetrically placed shelves. - The display case, drawing "Fig." 2B, consists of two vertical door fronts and an open lower partition. Inside the display case are two symmetrically placed shelves. The door fronts are glazed, as shown in the photograph "Fig." 1, and their edges are finished with aluminum strips. The display cabinet is covered with a plinth from above. - The two-door body, fig. "Fig." 2H, has the form of a box in the lower, floor-level part topped with a plinth. This body is closed with two door fronts finished with an aluminum strip. In its upper part it is closed with a plinth. - The drawer body, fig. "Fig." 2G, in its height and width corresponds to the two-door body. It has two horizontal drawers, the outer fronts of which are finished with an aluminum strip. Essential features of the industrial design: All the above-mentioned elements of the furniture set called Bodzio System, i.e.: wardrobe top unit "Fig." 2A, two-door wardrobe "Fig." 2F, display cabinet "Fig." 2B, "Fig." TV shelf 2C, bar shelf "Fig." 2D, half wardrobe extension "Fig." 2E, half wardrobe "Fig." 2J, two-door body "Fig." 2H and drawer body "Fig." 2G. The essence of the industrial design is a new, spatial shaping of the individual elements constituting the furniture set, manifesting itself in their shape, arrangement of the lines of the elements, colors, method of finishing and construction solution, aimed at achieving aesthetic goals. Each of the described elements, their shape, color, type of material used are of significant importance for the registration of this industrial design. An important feature influencing the originality of the Bodzio System furniture set is the finishing of its individual elements with an aluminum strip, giving it original visual and practical values.
