Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zestaw mebli. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac zestawu mebli, przejawiajaca sie w ich ksztalcie, cechach konturów i kolorystyce, które w odróznienie od dotychczas znanych posiadaja: - odmiennie uksztaltowana powierzchnie zewnetrzna drzwiczek, - odmienny uklad poszczególnych elementów zestawu. Przedmiot wzoru uwidoczniony jest na zalaczonej fotografii, na której fig. 1 - przedstawia szafe 2-drzwiowa, fig. 2 - szafki z pólkami, fig. 3 - 1-drzwiowa witryne, fig. 4 - szafki z barkiem, natomiast fig. 5 - 1-drzwiowa szafe. Jak pokazano na fotografii, fig. 1 - mebel w postaci 2-drzwiowej szafy charakteryzuje sie tym, ze na zewnetrznej powierzchni drzwi szafy i znajdujacej sie pod nia dwudrzwiowej szafki - wokól krawedzi poszczególnych drzwiczek - umieszczone sa pólokragle listwy, a powyzej nich, blizej srodka drzwiczek plaskie listwy. Jak pokazano na fotografii, fig. 2 - mebel w postaci szafki z pólkami charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jego najnizsza czesc stanowi 2-drzwiowa szafka, która jest identyczna, jak najnizsza szafka mebla przedstawionego na fotografii - fig.1. Ponad dolna szafka widoczna jest wneka z umieszczona w niej odkryta pólka, a wyzej 2- drzwiowa szafka, wyzsza od szafki dolnej. Przy czym, na zewnetrznej powierzchni drzwi obu szafek i - wokól krawedzi poszczególnych drzwiczek - umieszczone sa pólokragle listwy, a wzdluz nich umieszczone sa plaskie listwy.Jak pokazano na fotografii, fig. 3 - mebel w postaci 1-drzwiowej witryny charakteryzuje sie tym, w jego najnizszej czesci umieszczone sa - jedna nad druga - dwie szuflady. Natomiast nad nimi, widoczna jest 1-drzwiowa przeszklona witryna, z charakterystycznym wzorem umieszczonym symetrycznie na srodku witryny, skladajacym sie z trzech pionowych linii rozchylajacych sie w ich górnej czesci na boki, przy czym srodkowa linia rozdziela sie w górnym odcinku na dwie rozchylone symetrycznie linie. Linie te polaczone sa na ich pionowym odcinku dwoma kwadratami ze srebrnym, kwadratowym elementem na srodku. Przy czym, na zewnetrznej powierzchni obu szuflad i drzwi witryny umieszczone sa - wokól ich krawedzi - pólokragle listwy, a powyzej nich, blizej srodka drzwiczek plaskie listwy. Jak pokazano na fotografii, fig. 4 - mebel w postaci szafki z barkiem charakteryzuje sie tym, ze w jego najnizszej czesci znajduje sie dwudrzwiowa szafka, która jest identyczna, jak najnizsza szafka mebla przedstawionego na fotografii - fig.1, zas nad nia w jednej kolumnie umieszczony jest pomiedzy dwoma odkrytymi pólkami barek, a nad nim 1-drzwiowa szafka, zas w drugiej kolumnie - 1-drzwiowa szafa. Przy czym, na zewnetrznej powierzchni obu szafek, barku i szafy 1-drzwiowej - wokól krawedzi drzwiczek - pólokragle listwy, a powyzej nich, blizej srodka drzwiczek plaskie listwy. Jak pokazano na fotografii, fig. 5 - mebel w postaci 1-drzwiowej szafy, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze jest on podobny, do 1-drzwiowej szafy przedstawionej na fotografii - fig. 4, przy czym jest glebszy. W jej najnizszej czesci umieszczona jest 1- drzwiowa szafka równie gleboka jak szafa. Na zewnetrznej powierzchni 1-drzwiowej szafy i 1-drzwiowej szafki - wokól krawedzi drzwiczek - umieszczone sa pólokragle listwy, a powyzej nich, blizej srodka drzwiczek plaskie listwy. Kazdy z opisanych powyzej elementów tworzy zestaw mebli pod nazwa „Mars". Wyka z elementów zestawu mebli: 1) fig. 1 - mebel w postaci 2-drzwiowej szafy, 2) fig. 2 - mebel w postaci szafki z pólkami, 3) fig. 3 - mebel w postaci 1-drzwiowej witryny, 4) fig. 4 - mebel w postaci szafki z barkiem, 5) fig. 5 - mebel w postaci 1-drzwiowej szafy. The essence of the design is a new form of the furniture set, manifested in its shape, contour features, and color scheme. Unlike previously known furniture, it features: - a differently shaped outer door surface; - a different arrangement of individual elements. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photograph, in which Fig. 1 shows a two-door wardrobe, Fig. 2 - cabinets with shelves, Fig. 3 - a single-door display case, Fig. 4 - cabinets with a bar, and Fig. 5 - a single-door wardrobe. As shown in the photograph, Fig. 1, a piece of furniture in the form of a two-door wardrobe is characterized by the fact that on the outer surface of the wardrobe door and the two-door cabinet below it – around the edges of each door – there are semicircular strips, and above them, closer to the center of the door, there are flat strips. As shown in the photograph, Fig. 2, a piece of furniture in the form of a cabinet with shelves is characterized by the fact that its lowest part is a two-door cabinet, which is identical to the lowest cabinet of the furniture shown in the photograph – Fig. 1. Above the lower cabinet, there is a recess with an open shelf, and above it, there is a two-door cabinet, higher than the lower cabinet. Semicircular moldings are placed on the outer surfaces of both cabinet doors and around the edges of each door, with flat moldings along them. As shown in Fig. 3, the single-door display cabinet is characterized by two drawers positioned one above the other in its lowest section. Above them, a single-door glass display cabinet is visible, with a distinctive pattern placed symmetrically in the center of the cabinet. It consists of three vertical lines that flare out sideways at the top, with the middle line splitting into two symmetrically flared lines at the top. These lines are connected along their vertical section by two squares with a silver square element in the center. On the outer surfaces of both drawers and the display cabinet doors, semicircular moldings are placed around their edges, and above them, closer to the center of the doors, flat moldings. As shown in photograph 4, the cabinet with a bar cabinet is characterized by its lowest section containing a two-door cabinet, identical to the lowest cabinet in the furniture shown in photograph 1. Above it, in one column, between two exposed shelves, is a single-door cabinet, and above it, a single-door wardrobe. On the outer surfaces of both cabinets, the bar cabinet, and the single-door wardrobe, semicircular moldings are placed around the door edges, and above them, closer to the center of the doors, flat moldings. As shown in the photograph, Fig. 5, a piece of furniture in the form of a single-door wardrobe, is characterized by being similar to the single-door wardrobe shown in photograph, Fig. 4, except that it is deeper. In its lowest part, there is a single-door cabinet, as deep as the wardrobe. On the outer surface of the single-door wardrobe and the single-door cabinet, semicircular strips are placed around the edges of the doors, and above them, closer to the center of the doors, flat strips. Each of the elements described above forms a furniture set called "Mars." An important feature of the design shown in photograph Fig. 1 is that: it is a piece of furniture in the form of a two-door wardrobe, - on the outer surface of the wardrobe door and the two-door cabinet underneath it - around the edges of individual doors - there are semicircular strips, and above them, closer to the center of the doors - flat strips. An important feature of the design shown in the photograph fig. 2 is that: - it is a piece of furniture in the form of a cabinet with shelves, - its lowest part is a 2-door cabinet, identical to the lowest cabinet of the furniture shown in the photograph - fig. 1, - above the lower cabinet there is a recess with an open shelf inside, and above it there is a 2-door cabinet, higher than the lower cabinet, - on the outer surface of the doors of both cabinets and - around the edges of the individual doors - there are semicircular strips, and along them there are flat strips. An important feature of the design shown in Fig. 3 is that: it is a piece of furniture in the form of a 1-door display cabinet, - in its lowest part there are two drawers placed one above the other, - above them there is a 1-door glass display cabinet with a characteristic pattern placed symmetrically in the middle of the cabinet, consisting of three vertical lines parting to the sides in their upper part, with the middle line splitting in the upper section into two symmetrically parted lines, these lines are connected on their vertical section by two squares with a silver square element in the middle, - on the outer surface of both drawers and the display cabinet door there are semicircular strips around their edges, and above them, closer to the center of the door, flat strips. An important feature of the design shown in the photograph fig. 4 is that: it is a piece of furniture in the form of a cabinet with a bar, - in its lowest part there is a two-door cabinet, which is identical to the lowest cabinet of the furniture shown in the photograph - fig. 1, - above it, in one column, between two open shelves, there is a bar cabinet, and above it a single-door cabinet, and in the second column - a single-door wardrobe, - on the outer surface of both cabinets, the bar cabinet and the single-door wardrobe - there are semicircular strips around the edges of the doors, and above them, closer to the center of the doors - flat strips. An important feature of the design shown in Fig. 5 is that: - it is a piece of furniture in the form of a 1-door wardrobe, which is similar to the 1-door wardrobe shown in Fig. 4, but is deeper, - in its lowest part there is a 1-door cabinet as deep as the wardrobe, - on the outer surface of the 1-door wardrobe and the 1-door cabinet - around the edges of the doors - there are semicircular strips, and above them, closer to the center of the doors - flat strips.
