Description

1 przedstawia uksztaltowany nosnik, fig. 2 przedstawia nosnik z osadzonymi ziarnami, fig. *3 przedstawia nosnik z ziarnami i materialem wia¬ zacym, fig. 4 przedstawia gotowa pojedyncza warstwe scierna narzedzia, fig. 5 przedstawia' prase do formowania nosnika,- fig. 6 przedstawia urza¬ dzenie wysiewajace ziarna na nosnik, fig. 7 przed¬ stawia prase do spajania skladników warstwy sciernej, fig. 8 przedstawia prase do narzedzia, a fig. 9 przedstawia gotowe narzedzia scierne. Z.P. Dz-wo, z. 326 (105+15) 10.83 Cena 100 zl PLThe subject of the invention is a method of producing bonded abrasive tools with oriented non-isometric grains, in particular with S and C crystals with dimensions larger than grain No. 30, which is used in the tool industry. It is known to produce tools with oriented grains of a layered structure, in which the grains oriented unidirectionally in the binder are fed after a slide onto a sliding carrier with the bonding material applied and passed under a pressing drum to ensure their flat adherence to the ground. The tapes created in this way are cut into plates from which the finished tool is assembled and shaped. The tool produced in this way has grains, each of which has the longest axis oriented and placed only in a plane parallel to the layer, and the regularity of construction, understood as the mutual distances between adjacent grains, is maintained in only one direction. The regularity of the structure and the orientation of the grains in the tool are insufficient for the optimal achievement of the cutting properties of the abrasive grain used. . The disadvantage of the known method is, inter alia, that it does not provide the required orientation of the longest grain axis on the plane of the carrier. Moreover, it does not guarantee the maintenance of regular spacing between adjacent grains, and thus the uniformity of distribution ": and ar. And on the flat surface of the carrier. No forced contact with the longest axes of the grains, and non-uniformity of their distribution on the bearing surface. make the outline of the working surface of the tool random, as do conventional abrasive tools with non-oriented grain and similar cutting properties. The method according to the invention is that in the carrier of each of the abrasive layers of the tool, grooves are formed with a directed course, the abrasive grains are deposited along the longitudinal axis along the groove. The advantage of the method according to the invention is to force the desired spatial orientation of the grains in each of the abrasive layers of the tool, as well as to easily ensure their regularity on the tool surface. The subject of the invention is illustrated in the example of the embodiment of the tool in the drawing, in which FIG. 1 shows a shaped carrier and Figure 2 shows the carrier with embedded grains, Figure 3 shows the carrier with grains and bonding material, Figure 4 shows a ready-made single layer of abrasive tools, Figure 5 shows a press for forming the carrier, Figure 6 shows the carrier seeding device, Fig. 7 shows a press for bonding the abrasive layer components, Fig. 8 shows a tool press, and Fig. 9 shows the finished abrasive tools. 120 1353 120 135 4 The carrier 1 is made of a known binder and, in accordance with a known method, cut to the size and shape of one of the cross sections of the finished product, and then oriented grooves are formed therein by means of a mold mounted on on the press 2. The grooves of the carrier 1 are partially filled with the binding material 8 and, by means of a sowing device, are poured in excess with abrasive grain 3 from the grain tank 4 and vibrated. The excess of abrasive grains 3, which did not fit into the grooves of the carrier 1 falls into the transfer tank 5 located under the grain tank 4. Then the carrier 1 with the abrasive grains 3 is placed on the press table 6 and is poured over with the binding material 8, after which it is applied pressure by the punch 7 to correct the position of the abrasive grains 3 in the grooves and their bonding with the bonding material 8 and the carrier 1. The abrasive layers 9 thus obtained are folded into a bundle of a given height and pressed into a mold 10 for the consistency of all of the abrasive layers 9 and obtaining the finished tool 11. In the assembly phase of the package, additional binding material, solvent, catalyst, any reinforcement can be introduced into the individual abrasive layers 9, in order to obtain a porous product, annihilate carrier 1 or increasing the mechanical properties of the finished product. - The individual abrasive layers 9 can be made such that the lines of the abrasive grains 3 in the adjacent abrasive layers 9 will be shifted by a certain division t. Further stages of the process following known methods are drying, firing and finishing treatment of the finished product. Claim: A method of producing bonded abrasive tools with "grain orientation", consisting in the production of abrasive layers by pressing the carrier with the bonding material and abrasive grains, and by bonding the abrasive layers together and forming an abrasive tool, characterized by that in the carrier of each of the abrasive layers of the tool, before their pressing, grooves with a directed course are formed, in which the abrasive grains are deposited along the longitudinal axis of the groove.Rg. 9 OZGraf.
