Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie ksztalcie i ornamentyce butelki. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonym arkuszu zbiorczym oraz dla lepszego zobrazowania wzoru w figurach; fig. 1, fig. 2, fig.3 oraz fig.4 Figury przedmiotu wzoru przemyslowego przedstawiaja na fig.l - butelke w widoku perspektywicznym, na fig.2 - butelke w widoku z przodu oraz na fig 3 - dno butelki oraz na fig. 4 - butelke w widoku z góry. Butelka uwidoczniona na fig.l oraz fig.2, od podstawy lukowato rozszerza sie ku górze, po czym do okolo 1 /2 swej wysokosci ma równomierny walcowy ksztalt. Na tej powierzchni wykonano osiem obwodowych rowków, przy czym zaczynajac od podstawy, pomiedzy pierwszym a drugim rowkiem odleglosc jest blisko dwukrotnie wieksza anizeli pomiedzy pozostalymi rowkami, które rozmieszczone sa w równej odleglosci od siebie, tworzac tym (samym charakterystyczne pokarbowanie. Ponad ostatnim z opisanych wyzej rowków, butelka zawiera lukowato wkleslapowierzchnia, utworzona z polaczenia prostokatnych plaszczyzn. Ponad lukowato-wklesla powierzchnia, butelka przyjmuje ponownie ksztalt walca. Na walcowej powierzchni wykonano szesc parabolicznych rowków, które polaczone ze soba tworza charakterystyczny ornament przypominajacy korone. Dalej butelka zweza sie ku szyjce, przyjmujac ksztalt stozka scietego. Na pobocznicy stozka, co uwidoczniono fig.4, wykonano wtloczenie w ksztalcie zblizonym do elipsy, w którym umieszczono wypukle litery „TK" Butelka, jak pokazano na fig. 3, posiada dno w ksztalcie kola z wykonanym pólkolistym wtloczeniem. W dnie znajduje sie piec, rozlozonych promieniscie rowków. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego sa; ornamentyka i ksztalt butelki, która w dolnej czesci posiada osiem, posiadajacych te sama srednice, obwodowych rowków, ponad którymi znajduje sie lukowato-wklesla, hiperboliczna powierzchnia, utworzona z polaczenia prostokatnych plaszczyzn. Cecha istotna wzoru przemyslowego jest równiez to, ze ponad hiperbolicznym wglebieniem butelka ma ksztalt zblizony do walca, który przechodzi w stozek sciety, zakonczony szyjka, przy czym w walcowej czesci wykonano szesc parabolicznych rowków, które polaczone ze soba tworza charakterystyczny ornament przypominajacy korone, natomiast na pobocznicy stozka wykonano wtloczenie w ksztalcie zblizonym do elipsy, w której umieszczono wypukle litery „TK".Fig.1 Fig.2 Fog.3 Fig.4Fig.1Fig.2Fig.3Fig.4 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The essence of the industrial design is manifested in the shape and ornamentation of the bottle. The subject of the industrial design is shown on the attached summary sheet and, for better illustration, in the figures: Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, and Fig. 4. The figures of the subject of the industrial design show the bottle in perspective view (Fig. 1), the bottle in front view (Fig. 2), the bottle's bottom (Fig. 3), and the bottle in top view (Fig. 4). The bottle shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 widens from the base upwards, then has a uniform cylindrical shape to approximately 1/2 of its height. On this surface, eight circumferential grooves were made, and starting from the base, the distance between the first and the second groove is almost twice as large as between the remaining grooves, which are spaced at an equal distance from each other, thus creating a characteristic notch. Above the last of the grooves described above, the bottle has an arched-concave surface, created by connecting rectangular planes. Above the arched-concave surface, the bottle again takes on the shape of a cylinder. On the cylindrical surface, six parabolic grooves were made, which, when connected, create a characteristic ornament resembling a crown. Further, the bottle narrows towards the neck, taking the shape of a truncated cone. On the side of the cone, as shown in Fig. 4, an embossment in the shape of an ellipse was made, in which the convex letters "TK" were placed. The bottle, as shown in Fig. Fig. 3, has a circular bottom with a semicircular embossment. The bottom features five radially arranged grooves. The essential features of the industrial design are the ornamentation and shape of the bottle, which has eight circumferential grooves of the same diameter in the lower part, above which is an arcuate-concave, hyperbolic surface created by connecting rectangular planes. Another essential feature of the industrial design is that above the hyperbolic recess, the bottle has a shape similar to a cylinder, which merges into a truncated cone, ending in a neck. The cylindrical part features six parabolic grooves, which, when connected, create a characteristic ornament resembling a crown.
