Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowa i oryginalna postac lampionu zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych przejawiajaca sie w kulistym ksztalcie, gladkiej kulistej przezroczystej powierzchni i jego cienkich sciankach. Lampion wedlug wzoru posiada gleboka kulista budowe, w którym w glebokiej kulistej czaszy otwartej u dolu wykonano otwarta cienka walcowa podstawe, a u góry zewnetrzna gleboka kulista czasza poprzez plaski górny piersden przechodzi w wewnetrzna gleboka kulista czasze przy czym przestrzen pomiedzy cienkosciennymi kulistymi czaszami lampionu jest niewypelniona (pusta) o ksztalcie ksiezyca z krancowymi rogami uniesionymi ku górze. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego to: ze lampion jest o gladkiej kulistej przezroczystej powierzchni o cienkich sciankach, posiada gleboka kulista budowe, w którym w glebokiej kulistej czaszy otwartej u dolu wykonano otwarta cienka walcowa podstawe, a u góry zewnetrzna gleboka kulista czasza poprzez plaski górny pierscien przechodzi w wewnetrzna gleboka kulista czasze, przy czym przestrzen pomiedzy cienkosciennymi kulistymi czaszami lampionu jest niewypelniona (pusta) o ksztalcie ksiezyca z krancowymi rogami uniesionymi ku górze, jak pokazano na zalaczonym rysunku.fig. 1 fig . 2 PL PLThe industrial design is for a lantern intended for decorative purposes. The essence of the industrial design is a new and original form of the lantern, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its spherical shape, smooth, spherical, transparent surface, and thin walls. The lantern, according to the design, has a deep spherical structure, in which a deep, spherical bowl open at the bottom contains an open, thin, cylindrical base. At the top, the outer, deep, spherical bowl merges through a flat upper ring into an inner, deep, spherical bowl. The space between the thin-walled, spherical bowls of the lantern is unfilled (empty), moon-shaped, with the extreme corners raised upward. The industrial design is shown in the attached drawing, where Fig. 1 shows the lantern in half-section and Fig. 2 shows the lantern from above. The essential features of the industrial design are: the lantern has a smooth, spherical, transparent surface with thin walls, a deep spherical structure, in which a deep, spherical bowl open at the bottom contains an open, thin, cylindrical base, and at the top, the outer, deep, spherical bowl passes through a flat upper ring into an inner, deep, spherical bowl, and the space between the thin-walled, spherical bowls of the lantern is unfilled (empty) in the shape of a moon with the extreme corners raised upwards, as shown in the attached drawing.
