SWIECZNIK Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest swiecznik w dwu odmianach, przeznaczony do umieszczania w nim swiec wodnych, zelowych, a takze woskowych i parafinowych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i indywidualna postac swiecznika nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów i material, nadajaca sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. The essence of the industrial design is the candle holder's new and unique form, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, and materials, suitable for repeated reproduction. Essential features of the industrial design The first variety of the candlestick, according to the industrial design, is shaped in the form of a solid close to a cuboid, the side walls of which are minimally convergent towards the base, with all edges of this solid being rounded, and in the view from below and from above the candlestick has the shape of a square, with the ratio of the height of the candlestick to the length of the upper edge of this candlestick being close to 0.4, and the ratio of the length of the diagonal of the opening to the length of the diagonal of the candlestick being close to 0.75, moreover, the base of the candlestick is recessed from the bottom, as shown in the drawing and photographs - Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 and Fig. 5 and Fig. 6. The second variety of the candlestick, according to the industrial design, is shaped in the form of a solid close to a cuboid, the side walls of which are minimally convergent towards the base, all edges of this solid are rounded, and in the bottom view the candlestick has the shape of a square, while in the top view the external outline of the pattern is a square, and the opening is in the shape of a cylinder, wherein the ratio of the height of the candlestick to the length of its upper edge is close to 0.4, and the ratio of the length of the diameter of the opening to the length of the diagonal of this candlestick is close to 0.55, moreover, the base of the candlestick is recessed from the bottom, as shown in the drawing and photographs - Fig. 3 and Fig. 4 and Fig. 7 and Fig. 8.
