Istote wzoru stanowi nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu, nadana mu przez cechy linii, konturów, ksztaltów, strukture i material. Zestaw ciastek, zgodnie ze wzorem przemyslowym nadaje sie do wielokrotnego odtwarzania. The essence of the design is the new and unique form of the product, given to it by the characteristics of lines, contours, shapes, structure, and material. The set of cookies, in accordance with the industrial design, is suitable for repeated reproduction. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the attached photograph, Fig. 1, and in the drawing, Fig. 2, illustrating the set from a general top view.
