Zawieszka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest zawieszka. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - zawieszki, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym polaczeniu ksztaltu, materialu i wykonania. Zawieszke wykonano z platyny lub bialego zlota i brylantów. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-2 , gdzie na Fig. 1 przedstawiono widok zawieszki z przodu, a na Fig. 2 - widok zawieszki z boku. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego jest posiadajacy indywidualny charakter wzór i material, z którego wykonano zawieszke, ma ona ksztalt serca, jest wypukla, azurowa, utworzona z osmiu karejek, w których umieszczono brylanty, karejki o wkleslych bokach stykajacych sie szczytami, których krawedzie sa ozdobione milgryfem, zas boki ogniwa sa wpilowane tworzac uskoki na powierzchni, a w srodkowej czesci ogniwa sa oprawione 3 kamienie - brylanty, zaczepienie ogniwa z zawieszka przypomina swym wygladem stylizowany haczyk.Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLThe industrial design is for a pendant. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the pendant, manifested in its original combination of shape, material, and workmanship. The pendant is made of platinum or white gold and diamonds. The industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations, Figs. 1-2, where Fig. 1 shows the front view of the pendant, and Fig. 2 shows the side view. The essential features of the industrial design are the unique pattern and material from which the pendant is made. It is heart-shaped, convex, openwork, made of eight rings with diamonds set in them, the rings have concave sides touching at the tops, the edges of which are decorated with a milgriffin, while the sides of the link are sawn, creating ridges on the surface, and in the central part of the link are set three stones - diamonds, the attachment of the link to the pendant resembles a stylized hook.
