Butelka Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest butelka. Istota wzoru przemyslowego przejawia sie w proporcjach ksztaltu i samym ksztalcie butelki. Butelka przy podstawie posiada charakterystyczne walcowe wyobieftie, powyzej którego, az do okolo 1/2 swej wysokosci (korpus butelki) ma zewnetrzne scianki równolegle wzgledemsiebie, po czym zweza sie az do kolnierza i gwintu butelki, tworzac w ten sposób charakterystyczna, dluga szyjke. Poczatkowo zwezenie ma wyrazny lukowaty ksztalt, natomiast od okolo 1/3 calej jego dlugosci, butelka juz lagodniej zmniejsza swoja srednice. W korpusie butelki, po dwóch jej przeciwleglych stronach - poczawszy od wyoblenia przy podstawie, az do momentu, od którego nastepuje zwezenie butelki - wykonano wtloczenie o prostokatnym ksztalcie. Butelka w widoku z boku ,jak pokazano na fig.4 oraz w widoku perspektywicznym, jak pokazano na fig.3, posiada tuz przy podstawie, walcowe wyoblenie podzielone plaska, prostokatna plaszczyzna zaopatrzona w podzialke. W Widoku z boku, charakterystyczna dluga szyjka butelki poczatkowo zweza sie ku górze, po czym scianki jej sa równolegle wzgledem siebie. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego, jak pokazano na fig. 5, posiada eliptyczny przekrój poprzeczny i eliptyczne dno z mniejszym eliptycznym wtloczeniem. Cechami istotnymi wzoru przemyslowego sa; proporcje i ksztalt butelki, która ma eliptyczny przekrój poprzeczny i sklada sie z dwóch, majacych niemal tozsama wysokosc czesci; korpusu i szyjki, przy czym w korpusie butelki, po dwóch jej przeciwleglych stronach wykonano wtloczenie o prostokatnym ksztalcie, natomiast charakterystyczna, dluga szyjka, poczatkowo wyraznie lukowato zweza sie ku górze, natomiast od okolo 1/3 calej swej dlugosci, lagodniej zmniejsza swoja srednice.Fig. 1 fig. 2 Fig. 3 fig. 4 Fig. 5Fig. 1Fig.2Fig.3Fig.4Fig.5 PL PLBottle The subject of the industrial design is a bottle. The essence of the industrial design is manifested in the proportions of the shape and the shape of the bottle itself. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached collective photograph and, for a better illustration, in the figures; Fig. 1, Fig. 2, Fig. 3, Fig. 4, and Fig. 5. The figures of the subject of the industrial design show: Fig. 1 - a front view of the bottle; Fig. 2 and Fig. 3 - a perspective view of the bottle; Fig. 4 - a side view of the bottle; and Fig. 5 - the bottom of the bottle. The subject of the industrial design shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2 has a cross-section resembling an ellipse and consists of two parts: a body and a neck, each of nearly the same height. The bottle has a characteristic cylindrical projection at the base, above which, up to about 1/2 of its height (the bottle body), the outer walls are parallel to each other, after which they taper to the collar and thread of the bottle, creating a characteristic long neck. Initially, the taper has a distinct arched shape, but from about 1/3 of its length on, the bottle gradually decreases in diameter. A rectangular embossment is made in the bottle body on two opposite sides – starting from the base curve and ending at the point where the bottle tapers off. The bottle, in a side view, as shown in Fig. 4, and in a perspective view, as shown in Fig. 3, has a cylindrical curvature just at the base divided by a flat, rectangular plane provided with a scale. In the side view, the characteristic long neck of the bottle initially narrows upwards, after which its walls become parallel to each other. The industrial design, as shown in Fig. 5, has an elliptical cross-section and an elliptical bottom with a smaller elliptical indentation. The essential features of the industrial design are: the proportions and shape of the bottle, which has an elliptical cross-section and consists of two parts of nearly equal height; body and neck, wherein the body of the bottle, on its two opposite sides, has a rectangular embossment, while the characteristic, long neck, initially narrows in a distinct arch towards the top, and from about 1/3 of its entire length, its diameter decreases more gently.
