Abstract

Przenośnik zgrzebłowy zawiera segment wysypowy połączony rozłącznie z segmentem napędowym. Segment wysypowy składa się ze zwrotni stanowiącej monolit z pierwszą rynną. Do pierwszego boku (17a) rozłącznie zamocowany jest pierwszy wspornik, w którym osadzona jest pierwsza półoś a na niej pierwsze koło. Pierwsze cięgno (22a) jest połączone z drugim cięgnem (22b) za pośrednictwem szeregu zgrzebeł (23). Nadto do końca segmentu wysypowego zamocowany jest pierwszy kołnierz (26a) służący do łączenia segmentu wysypowego z trzecią rynną albo wprost z segmentem napędowym, zależnie od wymaganej długości przenośnika zgrzebłowego. Drugi bok (17b) stanowi lustrzane odbicie pierwszego boku (17a). Stosunek wysokości pierwszej rynny do jej szerokość (S) mieści się w przedziale od 1:7 do 1:15.
