Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest wspornik montażowy (1) panelu fotowoltaicznego zawierający element wzdłużny (2) stanowiący podstawę wspornika montażowego (1), pierwsze ramię (3) wspornika montażowego (1), drugie ramię (4) wspornika montażowego (1), przy czym element wzdłużny (2), ramię (3) oraz ramię (4) są połączone ze sobą obrotowo. Element wzdłużny (2) zawiera co najmniej jedną serię punktów łączeniowych (5) oraz co najmniej jedną serię punktów łączeniowych (6) rozmieszczonych wzdłuż elementu wzdłużnego (2) oraz ramię (3) jest połączone z elementem wzdłużnym (2) w co najmniej jednym z punktów łączeniowych (5), a ramię (4) jest połączone z elementem wzdłużnym (2) w co najmniej jednym z punktów łączeniowych (6).
