Przedmiotem zgłoszenia jest opakowanie płynnego, półpłynnego lub sypkiego produktu w postaci tuby (1) w kształcie rurki wykonanej z elastycznego tworzywa sztucznego, która na każdym z końców jest szczelnie zamknięta za pomocą płaskiego zamknięcia (2) Tuba (1) zawiera na każdym z końców, znajdujące się przed zamknięciem, nacięcie (3) w ściance tuby biegnące po jej całym obwodzie, przeznaczone do ułatwiania oderwania końcówki tuby z zamknięciem. Tuba (1) na odcinku miedzy nacięciami (3) jest zasadniczo okrągła w przekroju poprzecznym na całej swojej długości, znamienne tym, że nacięcie (3) w ściance stanowi od 5% do 95% ogólnej grubości ścianki.
