The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product – the set – manifested in its original design and workmanship. The jewelry set is made of white gold or platinum, and set with diamonds. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustrations Figs. 1-3, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the ring, Fig. 1a – a view of the ring setting, Fig. 1b – a front view of the ring, Fig. 1c – a side view of the ring, Fig. 2 – a view of the pendant, Fig. 2a – a top view of the pendant, Fig. 3 – a side view of the earring, and Fig. 3a – a front view of the earring. The ring, following the industrial pattern, has a chaton setting, eight-lobed on the rim, the lobes are rectangular, filed in the lower part at an angle, creating an arch connecting the lobes, while the ring rail is almost flat with a slightly rounded outer surface, but thickening and widening towards the setting, and the ends of the rail are filed into a triangle, connected by sharp edges to the chaton. The pendant, based on the industrial design, features a chaton setting with an eight-lobed bezel, a link in the shape of an elongated trapezoid with a concave front surface soldered to the bezel, and rectangular studs filed at an angle at the bottom, creating an arc connecting the studs. The earrings, based on the industrial design, on studs feature an eight-lobed chaton setting with a full bezel—without a gap—and the rectangular studs filed at an angle at the bottom, creating an arc connecting the studs. The essential features of the industrial design are the individually styled jewelry set—ring, pendant, and earrings—characteristically composed, where the individual elements feature an eight-lobed chaton setting on the bezel, and the rectangular studs filed at an angle at the bottom, creating an arc connecting the studs. The pendant link is shaped like an elongated trapezoid with a concave front surface attached to the bezel, while the ring's shank is almost flat with a slightly rounded outer surface, thickening and widening towards the setting.
