The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the product – the set, manifested in its original design and workmanship. The jewelry set is made of diamonds and gold. The industrial design is illustrated in the attached illustrations Figs. 1-3, where Fig. 1 shows a view of the ring, Fig. 1a – a view of the ring setting, Fig. 1b – a front view of the ring, Fig. 1c – a side view of the ring, Fig. 2 – a view of the pendant, Fig. 2a – a top view of the pendant. Fig. 3 – a side view of the earring, Fig. 3a – a front view of the earring. The industrial-style ring features a six-pointed, inverted, hexagonal shaton setting, tapering upwards on the rim, while the semicircular bar thickens upwards and narrows laterally at the shaton. The industrial-style pendant features a six-pointed, inverted hexagonal shaton setting, tapering upwards on the rim, and an oval link in the shape of an elongated triangle, with the front of the link rounded. The industrial-style earrings, openwork, on studs, feature a six-pointed, inverted hexagonal shaton setting on a full rim. The essential features of the industrial-style design are the uniquely composed jewelry set—ring, pendant, and earrings—where the individual elements feature six-pointed, inverted hexagonal shaton settings, tapering upwards on the rim. The ring's semicircular band thickens upward, laterally narrowing at the chaton. The pendant's link is oval in the shape of an elongated triangle, with the front surface of the link being rounded.
