W sasiedztwie górnej krawedzi okladki, posrodku jest umieszczony wspólny dla calej serii wydawniczej logotyp z napisem „Lekarz rodzinny". Litery napisu w ko- lorze czarnym, napis poprzedzony fantazyjnym elementem graficznym w kolorze granatowym. Na pasie kolorystycznym rozdzielajacym powierzchnie okladki jest nadrukowany tytul ksiazki. W prawym dolnym narozu okladki jest usytuowany znak towarowy wydawcy serii tematycznej. Z kolei grzbiet okladki jest podzielony na dwa pola, z których górne ma kolor pasa kolorystycznego tworzacego podzial okladki i rozciaga sie ku dolowi grzbietu ponizej dolnej krawedzi pasa podzialu, natomiast dolna czesc grzbietu okladki jest zawsze koloru ciemno niebieskiego. W tej czesci grzbietu jest powtórzony znak towarowy wydawcy serii tematycznej, natomiast przy górnej krawedzi grzbietu ksiazki jest pionowo zamieszczony logotyp z napisem „Lekarz rodzinny". Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego. Nowy i indywidualny uklad linii konturowych ograniczajacych postac wytworu, nadajacy mu indywidualny wyglad. PL PLBook Cover The subject of the industrial design is a book cover, common to the publishing series traded under the common name "Family Physician." The book cover that is the subject of the industrial design is distinguished from known, similar products by its new, individual appearance, a new arrangement of contour lines creating a tripartite division of the product, and a characteristic color scheme. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustration, which shows an axonometric projection of the book cover with a green tripartite division, a red tripartite division, and a purple stripe creating a tripartite division. It is obvious that the examples shown do not exhaust all possible implementation variations of the product. Additionally, the attached photographs show two examples of the finished product according to the industrial design. As shown in the attached illustration, the characteristic feature of the disclosed cover is its tripartite division, created by a color band located at the bottom of the cover, dividing the cover surface into three color fields, with the height of the bottom field being approximately equal to 1/3 of the total cover height. In the first version, this is a green band, in the second version, the band is red, and in the third version, this band is purple. The two remaining cover fields, above and below the dividing band, are shown in the reproduction as light gray fields for illustrative purposes only. In the physical product according to the industrial design, these fields are printed, as shown next to the railway in the attached photograph. Near the top edge of the cover, in the center, is the logotype common to the entire publishing series, with the inscription "Family Doctor." The inscription is in black, preceded by a fanciful navy blue graphic element. The book title is printed on the color band dividing the cover surface. The trademark of the publisher of the thematic series is located in the lower right corner of the cover. The spine of the cover is divided into two fields, the upper one being the color of the color band dividing the cover and extending down the spine below the lower edge of the dividing strip. The lower part of the cover spine is always dark blue. This part of the spine repeats the trademark of the publisher of the thematic series, while a logo with the inscription "Family Doctor" is placed vertically at the top edge of the book's spine.
