Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa oraz cechujaca sie indywi- dualnym charakterem postac przedmiotu, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym zestawieniu ksztaltów, linii i proporcji oraz ich zestawien, w poszczególnych czesciach wzoru. Przedmiot wzoru jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych fotografiach, ilustrujacych jego istote, gdzie na fig. 1 w widoku z przodu przedstawiono zawieszka wedlug wzoru, natomiast na fig. 2 widnieje zawieszka w pólprofilu. Zawieszka wedlug wzoru ma kamien osadzony w szatonowej oprawie, z której wychodzi uszko polaczone z ogniwem. W widoku z przodu zarys przebiegu zewnetrznej krawedzi czterokarpowej oprawy wpisany jest w pole kwadratu, przy czym krawedz ta tworzy polaczenie szeregu róznej wielkosci promieni opisujacych delikatne zaglebienia i wypuklosci. W widoku z boku krawedzie zewnetrzne oprawy maja niewielka zbieznosc zarówno w kierunku uszka jak i kamienia. The subject of the industrial design is pendant model 2949. The essence of the industrial design is the new and unique form of the object, manifested in the original combination of shapes, lines, and proportions, and their juxtapositions, in individual parts of the design. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs, illustrating its essence. Figure 1 shows the pendant according to the design in a front view, while Figure 2 shows the pendant in a half-profile view. The pendant according to the design has a stone set in a chaton-shaped setting, from which emerges a loop connected to a link. In the front view, the outline of the outer edge of the four-carp setting is inscribed in a square, with this edge forming a combination of a series of varying-sized radii describing delicate recesses and convexities. In a side view, the outer edges of the setting have a slight convergence towards both the lug and the stone. The setting is made in white gold, while the link is yellow. Significant industrial design features. The model 2949 pendant, based on the industrial design, with a stone set in a chaton-shaped setting from which a lug connected to the link emerges, has significant industrial design features that determine its individual character.
