Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac tkaniny obiciowej zakardowej, przejawiajaca sie we wzorze tkaniny oraz ukladzie zastosowanych splotów, a takze w zestawieniu kolorystycznym. Tkanina obiciowa wedlug wzoru przedstawiona jest w kilku odmianach, z których lg£da posiada nastepujace cechy wspólne: Tkanina utkana jest z przedzy w postaci kombinacji lewo i prawostronnych splotów tworzacych w ten sposób pogrubiony wzór i zmienna kolorystyke i charakteryzuje sie tym, ze tlo utkane jest jako lewostronne w jednolitej kolorystyce. Sploty prawostronne tworza pogrubiony wzór i wykonane sa korzystnie z dodatkiem miekkiej przedzy. We wzorze powtarza sie motyw figur w postaci swobodnie rozrzuconych, prawostronnie tkanych, owalnych pierscieni o zróznicowanej wielkosci oraz niewielkiej ilosci kól, z zachowaniem jednolitej kolorystyki. Wnetrze pierscieni utkane jest lewostronnie i przedstawia wzór w postaci swobodnie rozrzuconych kropek 0 róznej wielkosci. Pierscienie usytuowane sa na lewostronnym jednolitym tle, po którym przebiegaja nieregularne co do grubosci linie w odmiennej kolorystyce. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of jacquard upholstery fabric, manifested in the fabric pattern and weave arrangement, as well as in the color combination. The subject of the design is shown in variations in photographs Fig. 1, Fig. 3, Fig. 5, Fig. 7, Fig. 9, Fig. 11, Fig. 13, and Fig. 15, as well as in the form of fabric samples shown in Fig. 2, Fig. 4, Fig. 6, Fig. 8, Fig. 10, Fig. 12, Fig. 14, and Fig. 16. The upholstery fabric is presented in several varieties, of which the cover has the following common features: The fabric is woven from yarn in a combination of left- and right-hand weaves, creating a bold pattern and variable color scheme. The background is woven as a left-hand weave in a solid color scheme. The right-hand weaves create a bold pattern and are preferably made with the addition of soft yarn. The pattern repeats the motif of figures in the form of freely scattered, right-hand-woven, oval rings of varying sizes and a small number of circles, while maintaining a uniform color scheme. The interior of the rings is woven on the left-hand side and presents a pattern of freely scattered 0-dots of varying sizes. The rings are placed on a left-hand, solid background, along which run irregularly thick lines in varying colors. Wavy lines also run through the circles. 1. In the first variation, the upholstery fabric has a black background, and the dots and wavy lines are gray-silver. The rings and circles are red, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. 2. In the second variation, the upholstery fabric has a cream background, and the dots and wavy lines are beige with a slight sheen. The rings and circles are coffee, as shown in Fig. 3 and Fig. 4. 3. In the third variation, the upholstery fabric has a light brown background, and the dots and wavy lines are beige. The rings and circles are dark brown, as shown in Fig. 5 and Fig. 6. 4. In the fourth variation, the upholstery fabric has a cream background, and the dots and wavy lines are beige. The rings and circles are brick red, as shown in Fig. 7 and Fig. 8. 5. In the fifth variation, the upholstery fabric has a light brown background, and the dots and wavy lines are beige with a slight sheen.
