Tkanina obiciowa Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tkanina obiciowa, zakardowa przeznaczona zwlaszcza do mebli tapicerowanych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac tkaniny obiciowej, zakardowej przejawiajaca sie we wzorze tkaniny oraz ukladzie zastosowanych splotów. Tkanina obiciowa, zakardowa wedlug wzoru utkana jest z przedzy w postaci kombinacji lewo i prawostronnych splotów tworzacych w ten sposób pogrubiony wzór i zmienna kolorystyke i charakteryzuje sie tym, ze tlo utkane jest jako lewostronne w kolorystyce ciemno-szarej, zas na tym tle usytuowane sa motywy kwiatowe przypominajace róze, przy czym motyw w odcieniu szarosci, ze splotem melanzowym oraz motyw cieniowany w jasniejszej tonacji ze splotem w krateczke, wykonane sa jako lewostronne i usytuowane wzgledem siebie tak, ze motyw w krateczke zachodzi czesciowo na motyw melanzowy. Na tak utworzonym lewostronnym tle, usytuowane sa w rzedach motywy kwiatowe o takim samym ksztalcie jak motywy kwiatów tla, wykonane splotem prawostronnym. Kwiaty w rzedach sa przesuniete wzgledem siebie i odwrócone, tworzac obraz równomiernie rozsypanych kwiatów na calym tle. Kolorystyka kwiatów w rzedach jest naprzemienna i w jednych rzedach kwiaty wykonane sa w kolorze jasnoszarym, zas w drugich rzedach w kolorze przypominajacym kolor owocu oberzyny jak pokazano na fig. 1 i fig. 2. Kwiaty w rzedach sa przesuniete wzgledem siebie i odwrócone, tworzac obraz równomiernie rozsypanych kwiatów na calym tle. Kolorystyka kwiatów w rzedach jest naprzemienna i w jednych rzedach kwiaty wykonane sa w kolorze jasnoszarym, zas w drugich rzedach w kolorze przypominajacym kolor owocu oberzyny jak pokazano na fig. 1 i fig. 2. The subject of the industrial design is a jacquard upholstery fabric intended specifically for upholstered furniture. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of jacquard upholstery fabric, manifested in the fabric pattern and the arrangement of the weaves used. The pattern is shown in Fig. 1 and as a sample in Fig. 2. The jacquard upholstery fabric, as shown in the pattern, is woven from yarn in a combination of left- and right-hand weaves, creating a bold pattern and variable color scheme. It is characterized by a left-hand woven background in dark gray, with floral motifs resembling roses placed against this background. The gray motif, with a melange weave, and the shaded motif in a lighter tone, with a checkered weave, are left-handed and positioned relative to each other so that the checkered motif partially overlaps the checkered motif. On the left-hand background thus created, floral motifs of the same shape as the background floral motifs, made with a right-hand weave, are placed in rows. The flowers in the rows are offset and inverted, creating an image of flowers evenly scattered across the entire background. The colors of the flowers in the rows are alternating, with some rows having flowers in light gray, while others have a color resembling the color of an eggplant, as shown in Fig. 1 and Fig. 2. Essential features of the pattern: The jacquard upholstery fabric, as shown in the pattern, is woven from yarn in a combination of left- and right-hand weaves, thus creating a bold pattern and variable colors. It is characterized by the fact that the background is woven on the left-hand side in a dark gray color, and on this background there are floral motifs resembling roses, with the motif in a shade of gray, with a melange weave, and the shaded motif in a lighter tone, with a checkered weave, being made on the left-hand side and positioned relative to each other so that the checkered motif partially overlaps the melange motif. On the left-hand background thus created, rows of floral motifs are arranged in the same shape as the background floral motifs, made using a right-hand weave. The flowers in the rows are offset and inverted, creating an image of evenly scattered flowers across the entire background.
