Tkanina obiciowa Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest tkanina obiciowa, zakardowa, przeznaczona zwlaszcza do mebli tapicerowanych. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac tkaniny obiciowej zakardowej, przejawiajaca sie we wzorze tkaniny oraz ukladzie zastosowanych splotów. Tkanina obiciowa wedlug wzoru utkana jest z przedzy w postaci kombinacji lewo i prawostronnych splotów tworzacych w ten sposób pogrubiony wzór i zmienna kolorystyke i charakteryzuje sie tym, ze tlo utkane jest jako lewostronne, gladkie, w ciemno bezowej kolorystyce. Na tym tle utkany jest wzór, w postaci nieregularnych, wzajemnie na siebie zachodzacych ramek o ksztalcie zblizonym do kwadratu. Szerokosc ramek w kazdym z kwadratów jest zróznicowana i nieregularna, zas naroza sa zaokraglone. Czesc ramek wykonana jest jako lewostronna o splocie dajacym wrazenie regularnych linii, i wykonana jest w kolorze jasnego, polyskujacego bezu, zas druga grupa ramek wykonana jest równiez jako lewostronna, w odcieniu ciemniejszego bezu, przy czym splot tkaniny tworzy wzór malych, nierównych figur zblizonych do kwadratu i zblizonych do siebie wielkoscia. Trzecia grupe ramek tworza ramki o splocie prawostronnym, które tworza pogrubiony wzór i wykonane sa korzystnie z dodatkiem miekkiej przedzy. Ramki te wykonane sa w kolorze ciemnego brazu jak pokazano na fig.1 oraz na fig.2. Trzecia grupe ramek tworza ramki o splocie prawostronnym, które tworza pogrubiony wzór i wykonane sa korzystnie z dodatkiem miekkiej przedzy. PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a jacquard upholstery fabric, intended particularly for upholstered furniture. The essence of the industrial design is a new form of jacquard upholstery fabric, manifested in the fabric pattern and the arrangement of the weaves used. The design is presented in photograph Fig. 1 and as a sample in Fig. 2. The upholstery fabric, as shown in the design, is woven from yarn in a combination of left- and right-hand weaves, creating a bold pattern and variable color scheme. It is characterized by a left-hand, smooth background in a dark beige color. A pattern is woven against this background, in the form of irregular, overlapping frames, roughly square in shape. The width of the frames in each square is varied and irregular, and the corners are rounded. Some frames are made with a left-hand weave, giving the impression of regular lines, and are finished in a light, shimmering beige. The second group of frames is also made with a left-hand weave, in a darker shade of beige, with the fabric weave creating a pattern of small, uneven, square-like shapes of similar size. The third group of frames consists of right-hand weave frames, which create a bold pattern and are preferably made with the addition of soft yarn. These frames are made in dark brown, as shown in Figures 1 and 2.
