Butelka Prawo z rejestracji wzoru zdobniczego trwa od dnia: 16 czerwca 2000 r. Przedmiotem wzoru zdobniczego jest butelka. Istote wzoru stanowi nowa postac butelki, zmierzajaca do celów estetycznych, przejawiajaca sie w jej ksztalcie, jak równiez w ukladzie zasadniczych linii obrysu poszczególnych elementów. Butelka wedlug wzoru zopatrzona jest w gwintowana szyjke. Czolowa sciana i tylna sciana sawyoblone na zewnatrz, a ich kontury ograniczone sa z jednej strony przez nieregularny, wypukly luk przebiegajacy od szyjki do dna butelki, gdziedno wydzielone jest przez równolegle przetloczenie w ksztalcie odcinka prostego, zas z drugiej strony czolowa sciana ograniczona jest przez krawedz o ksztalcie zlozonym z dwóch odcinków prostych tworzacych kat rozwarty i laczacych sie w srodkowej czesci butelki lagodnym lukiem. W górnej czesci czolowej sciany i tylnej sciany, na tej samej wysokosci od dna butelki którego obrys stanowi splaszczony na przeciwleglych koncach (1) i (2) owal (3), jest wglebienie o zewnetrznym zarysie zblizonym do trójkata, którego wierzcholek skierowany do srodka butelki ma ksztalt luku, a na powierzchni wglebienia w poblizu wierzcholka jest pólkuliste wglebienie sasiadujace z trzema wspólsrodkowymi wypuklosciami rozmieszczonymi wachlarzowo. Przedmiot wzoru pokazany jest na zalaczonych fotografiach i rysunku, gdzie na fig. 1 - przedstawiono dwa ujecia tej samej butelki w widoku z boku i widoku z tylu, fig. 2 - przedstawiono zakretki butelki w widoku aksonometrycznym, gdzie kolejno od lewej strony do prawej jest zakretka z uniesiona klapka w kolorze bialym, zakretka z uniesiona klapka w kolorze czerwonym, zakretka z zamknieta klapka w kolorze czerwonym, zakretka z dozownikiem w kolorze zielono-zóltym, zakretka z dozownikiem w kolorze zielono-czerwonym, zakretka w kolorze czerwonym, zakretka w kolorze zóltym, zakretka w kolorze zielonym, a na fig. 3 - odwzorowanie ksztaltu dna butelki. Jak pokazano na rysunku butelka zaopatrzona jest w gwintowana szyjke. Czolowa sciana i tylna sciana sa wyoblone na zewnatrz, a ich kontury ograniczone sa z jednej strony przez nieregularny, wypukly luk przebiegajacy od szyjki do dna butelki, gdzie dno wydzielone jest przez równolegle przetloczenie w ksztalcie odcinka prostego, zas z drugiej strony czolowa sciana ograniczona jest przez krawedz o ksztalcie zlozonym z dwóch odcinków prostych tworzacych kat rozwarty i laczacych sie w srodkowej czesci butelki lagodnym lukiem. The essence of the design is a new form of the bottle, aimed at aesthetic purposes, manifested in its shape as well as in the arrangement of the basic contour lines of individual elements. The bottle, according to the design, has a threaded neck. The front wall and rear wall are rounded on the outside, and their contours are bounded on one side by an irregular, convex arc running from the neck to the bottom of the bottle, where the bottom is demarcated by a parallel embossing in the shape of a straight segment. On the other side, the front wall is bounded by an edge composed of two straight segments forming an obtuse angle and joining in the middle of the bottle with a gentle arc. In the upper part of the front wall and the back wall, at the same height from the bottom of the bottle, the outline of which is an oval (3) flattened at the opposite ends (1) and (2), there is a recess with an external outline similar to a triangle, the apex of which, directed towards the centre of the bottle, has the shape of an arc, and on the surface of the recess, near the apex, there is a hemispherical recess adjacent to three concentric convexities arranged in a fan-like manner. The subject of the design is shown in the attached photographs and drawing, where Fig. 1 shows two views of the same bottle: a side view and a back view; Fig. 2 shows the bottle caps in an axonometric view, where, from left to right, there is a white cap with a raised flap, a red cap with a raised flap, a red cap with a closed flap, a green-yellow cap with a dispenser, a green-red cap with a dispenser, a red cap, a yellow cap, a green cap, and a green cap; and Fig. 3 shows a representation of the shape of the bottle bottom. As shown in the drawing, the bottle is equipped with a threaded neck.
