Element meblowy Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest element meblowy, zwlaszcza w formie blatu stolu lub górnej podstawy komody, szafki, szafy, i innych mebli; przeznaczony do osadzania na róznorodnych podstawach badz funkcjonujacy samodzielnie w charakterze pólki. 5 Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa postac elementu meblowego przejawiajaca sie w konturach, liniach i ksztalcie, nadajaca mu indywidualny charakter wyrózniajacy z posród innych elementów meblowych tego rodzaju i/lub przeznaczenia. Celem dokladnego przedstawienia wzoru przemyslowego, na odrebnym rysunku, w wiekszych rozmiarach przedstawiono element meblowy w widoku pogladowym z 1 0 góry i z przodu (fig. 1 i fig. 2) Element meblowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, zwlaszcza stosowany jako blat stolu lub przeznaczony do osadzania na róznorodnych podstawach, badz funkcjonujacy samodzielnie w charakterze pólki, wykonany jest korzystnie z drewna, plyty wiórowej, MDF-u lub innego tworzywa. Kolor i wzór zewnetrznej warstwy 15 elementu, podyktowany walorami estetycznymi, dobierany jest dowolnie z szerokiej gamy kolorystycznej, wedlug upodoban odbiorców finalnych. Przebiegajaca w ten sposób linia brzegowa frezu, wizualnie dzieli wzdluz dwa krótsze i jeden dluzszy bok elementu meblowego na dwie czesci, z których kazda lagodnym lukiem schodzi sie od krawedzi górnej i dolnej powierzchni elementu meblowego do linii brzegowej frezu przebiegajacej wzdluz trzech boków. 30 Charakterystyczna linia brzegowa frezu przechodzaca wzdluz trzech boków elementu meblowego pozwala na wyeksponowanie jednoczesnie górnej jak i dolnej czesci frezu.- 3 - Dwa krótsze boki elementu meblowego wedlug wzoru posiadaja zaoblona powierzchnie, przechodzaca lukiem w jeden dluzszy, o równiez zaoblonej powierzchni bok - w ten sposób, ze w widoku z góry, element meblowy ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata o zaokraglonych dwóch katach. 5 Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego Element meblowy wedlug wzoru przemyslowego, zwlaszcza stosowany jako blat stolu lub przeznaczony do osadzania na róznorodnych podstawach, badz funkcjonujacy samodzielnie w charakterze pólki, wykonany jest korzystnie z drewna, 10 plyty wiórowej, MDF-u lub innego tworzywa, charakteryzuje sie tym, ze: 1. ma postac plaskiej plyty, której górna powierzchnia ksztaltem zblizona jest trapezu (rys. fig. 1 ; fotografia nr 1); 2. dwa krótsze i jeden dluzszy bok posiadaja na swej powierzchni charakterystyczny frez przechodzacy równomiernie przez te boki w ten 15 sposób, ze linia brzegowa frezu stopniowo obniza sie od górnej krawedzi krótszego boku osiagajac punkt najnizszy w srodkowej czesci dluzszego boku po czym symetrycznie wraca do najwyzszego punktu na koncu krawedzi drugiego krótszego boku, przy czym na obydwu rogach elementu meblowego linia brzegowa frezu znajduje sie w polowie szerokosci boków (rys. fig. 20 2,3,4,5,6,7,8; fotografia nr 2,3,4 i 5); 3. przebiegajaca w opisany wyzej sposób linia brzegowa frezu, wizualnie dzieli wzdluz dwa krótsze i jeden dluzszy bok elementu meblowego na dwie czesci, z których kazda lagodnym lukiem schodzi sie od krawedzi górnej i dolnej powierzchni elementu meblowego do linii brzegowej frezu przebiegajacej 25 wzdluz trzech boków (rys. fig. 2, 3,4,5,6,7,8; fotografia nr 2,3,4 i 5); 4. charakterystyczna linia brzegowa frezu przechodzaca wzdluz trzech boków elementu meblowego pozwala na wyeksponowanie jednoczesnie górnej jak i dolnej czesci frezu (rys. fig. 2, 3,4,5,6,7,8; fotografia nr 2,3,4 i 5);- 4 - 5. dwa krótsze boki elementu meblowego posiadaja zaoblona powierzchnie, przechodzaca lukiem w jeden dluzszy, o równiez zaoblonej powierzchni bok (rys. fig. 1,3,4,8; fotografia nr 1,3,4 i 5); 6. w widoku z góry, element meblowy ma ksztalt zblizony do prostokata o 5 zaokraglonych dwóch katach (rys. fig. 1 ; fotografia nr 1).fig. 1 fig. 2 fig. 3 fig. 4 fig. 5 fig. 6 fig. 7 fig. 8fot. 1 fot. 2 fot. 3 fot. 4 fot. 5Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PLFurniture Element The subject of an industrial design is a furniture element, especially in the form of a table top or the upper base of a chest of drawers, cabinet, wardrobe, or other furniture; intended to be mounted on a variety of bases or functioning independently as a shelf. The essence of an industrial design is a new form of a furniture element, manifested in its contours, lines, and shape, giving it an individual character distinguishing it from other furniture elements of its type and/or purpose. The subject according to the industrial design is presented in a drawing, in which: Fig. 1 shows the furniture element in an explanatory view from above; Fig. 2 shows the furniture element in an explanatory view from the front; Fig. 3 shows a fragment of the furniture element in a perspective view from one of its corners; Fig. 4 shows a fragment of the furniture element in a perspective view, showing one of its shorter and one of its longer sides; Fig. 5 shows a fragment of a furniture element in a top view of one of its corners, from the side of which the edge line of the cutter rises to the right; Fig. 6 shows a fragment of a furniture element in a top view of one of its corners, from the side of which the edge line of the cutter rises to the left; Fig. 7 shows a corner of a furniture element on which the edge line of the cutter rises to the right; Fig. 8 shows a corner of a furniture element on which the edge line of the cutter rises to the left; The furniture element according to the industrial design, in order to illustrate example applications of its, is also presented in photographs, in which: Photo. 1 shows an example of the use of the furniture element as a table top, chest of drawers or shelf in an overview view from above:- Photo. 2 shows an example of the use of the furniture element as a chest of drawers in a front view; Photo 3 shows a fragment of a furniture element in a perspective view; Photo 4 shows an example of using the furniture element as a chest of drawers top (5) in a side view; Photo 5 shows an example of using the furniture element as a chest of drawers top (15) in a side view showing the characteristic edge line of the milling. To accurately present the industrial design, a separate drawing shows the furniture element in a larger size in an explanatory view from above and from the front (Fig. 1 and Fig. 2). A furniture element according to an industrial design, particularly one used as a table top or intended to be mounted on various bases, or functioning independently as a shelf, is preferably made of wood, chipboard, MDF, or another material. The color and pattern of the outer layer (15) of the element, dictated by aesthetic values, is freely selected from a wide range of colors, according to the preferences of the end user. The furniture element, according to the industrial design, takes the form of a flat board with a trapezoidal upper surface. The two shorter sides and one longer side of the furniture element, according to the design, have a characteristic milling cut on their surface, which runs evenly across the sides so that the milling cut edge gradually descends from the upper edge of the shorter side, reaching its lowest point in the middle of the longer side, before returning symmetrically to its highest point at the end of the edge of the other, shorter side. On both corners of the furniture element, the milling cut edge is located halfway across the width of the sides. The edge line of the milling cutter, running in this manner, visually divides the two shorter and one longer side of the furniture element into two parts, each of which merges with a gentle arc from the edges of the top and bottom surfaces of the furniture element to the edge line of the milling cutter running along three sides. 30 The characteristic edge line of the milling cutter, running along three sides of the furniture element, allows for the simultaneous exposure of both the top and bottom of the milling cutter. - 3 - The two shorter sides of the furniture element, according to the pattern, have a rounded surface, which merges in an arc into one longer side, also with a rounded surface - so that, in a top view, the furniture element has a shape similar to a rectangle with two rounded corners. 5 Essential features of an industrial design A furniture element according to an industrial design, especially used as a table top or intended to be mounted on various bases, or functioning independently as a shelf, is preferably made of wood, chipboard, MDF or other material, and is characterized in that: 1. it has the form of a flat board, the upper surface of which is trapezoidal in shape (fig. 1; photo no. 1); 2. two shorter and one longer side have a characteristic milling cut on their surface, which runs evenly through these sides in such a way that the edge line of the milling cut gradually lowers from the upper edge of the shorter side, reaching the lowest point in the middle part of the longer side, and then symmetrically returns to the highest point at the end of the edge of the other shorter side, while on both corners of the furniture element the edge line of the milling cut is located halfway along the width of the sides (fig. 20 2,3,4,5,6,7,8; photo no. 2,3,4 and 5); 3. the edge line of the cutter running in the manner described above visually divides along two shorter and one longer side of the furniture element into two parts, each of which meets with a gentle arc from the edge of the upper and lower surface of the furniture element to the edge line of the cutter running along three sides (fig. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8; photo no. 2, 3, 4 and 5); 4. the characteristic edge line of the cutter running along three sides of the furniture element allows for the simultaneous exposure of the upper and lower parts of the cutter (fig. 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8; photos no. 2, 3, 4 and 5);- 4 - 5. the two shorter sides of the furniture element have a rounded surface, passing in an arc into one longer side, also with a rounded surface (fig. 1, 3, 4, 8; photos no. 1, 3, 4 and 5); 6. in the top view, the furniture element has a shape similar to a rectangle with two rounded angles (fig. 1 ; photo no. 1).fig. 1 fig. 2 fig. 3 fig. 4 fig. 5 fig. 6 fig. 7 fig. 8photo. 1 photo 2 photo 3 photo 4 photo 5Fig. 1 Fig. 2 PL PL
