STÓL ROZKLADANY Przedmiotem zglaszanego wzoru przemyslowego jest stól rozkladany zaprezentowany na fot. „Fig." 1. oraz 2. Stól ten sklada sie z nastepujacych elementów: blat rozsuwany - czesc lewa rys. „Fig." 5A, blat rozsuwany - czesc prawa rys. „Fig." 5B, czesc srodkowa blatu srodkowego (blat wkladany) rys. „Fig." 5C, skrzynia stolu rys. „Fig." 5D, oraz nogi stolu rys. „Fig." 5E. Stól rozkladany nalezy do grupy mebli pokojowych, kuchennych, z mozliwoscia wykorzystania go w innych aranzacjach. Blat rozsuwany lewy i prawy maja ksztalt zblizony do prostokatów poziomo ulozonych, stykajacych sie ze soba boczna (krótsza) krawedzia. Krawedzie stolu przeciwlegle do krawedzi styku maja zaokraglone narozniki w ksztalcie delikatnych luków. Blaty zamontowane sa do skrzyni stolu za pomoca rozsuwanej, metalowej prowadnicy. W pozycji zlozonej rys. „Fig." 3, blaty stolu przylegaja bezposrednio do siebie, natomiast w pozycji rozlozonej przylegaja do boków blatu wkladanego rys. „Fig." 5. Blat wkladany rys. „Fig." 5C ma ksztalt poziomo ulozonego prostokata gdy stól jest rozlozony, natomiast w wersji zlozonej jest on wpuszczany („chowany") w skrzyni stolu rys. „Fig." 5D. Blat zostal wykonany z plyty MDF, a jego powierzchnia jest lakierowana. Wszystkie zewnetrzne krawedzie sa zaoblone i przefrezowane. Skrzynia stolu rys. „Fig." 5D jest elementem trójczlonowym skladajacym sie z dwóch listew bocznych i plyty zasadniczej. Skrzynia jest podwieszana pod blatami i jest polaczona z nimi metalowymi rozsuwanymi prowadnicami. Poza funkcja podstawy (ramy) stolu, stanowi ona takze pojemnik do którego jest wkladany blat srodkowy (rozsuwany). Do skrzyni stolu, do jej dolnej plaszczyzny zamontowane sa za pomoca srub cztery nogi. Nogi stolu sa elementem nosnym i sa wykonane z drewna. Nogi stolu sa zblizone w swym przekroju do kwadratu. Sa one zamocowane do skrzyni na stale i podczas jego rozkladania nie zmieniaja swego polozenia. Zewnetrzne krawedzie stolu (przeciwlegle do krawedzi styku), sa podobnie jak wprzypadku blatów zaoblone. Maja one ksztalt regularny, ale w swej górnej czesci sa delikatnie pogrubione. Standardowa wysokosc stolu wynosi 76 cm, natomiast szerokosc 90cm. Dlugosci stolu, w zaleznosci od wersji maja odpowiednio 135, 160, 195 cm w stanie zlozonym oraz 170, 200 i 235 cm po rozlozeniu stolu.Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego : Istote wzoru przemyslowego stanowi nowe, przestrzenne uksztaltowanie poszczególnych elementów skladajacych sie na stól jako calosc, przejawiajace sie w jego ksztalcie, ukladzie linii, kolorystyce, sposobie wykonczenia i rozwiazaniu konstrukcyjnemu, zmierzajace do osiagniecia celów estetycznych. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego zostal zaprezentowany na fotografiach i rysunkach zalaczonych do opisu, powyzej w widoku z perspektywy fot. „Fig." 1 i 2 oraz na rysunkach w widokach z przodu, boku, w perspektywie oraz z góry, „Fig." 3, 4, 5 oraz 6. Wszystkie wymienione powyzej elementy, tj. blat rozsuwany - czesc lewa rys. „Fig." 5A, czesc prawa rys. „Fig." 5B, czesc srodkowa blatu (blat wkladany) rys. „Fig." 5C, skrzynia stolu rys. „Fig." 5D, oraz nogi stolu rys. „Fig." 5E maja istotne znaczenie dla zastrzezenia prezentowanego wzoru przemyslowego. Cechy stolu rozkladanego, które sa takze istotne dla jego zastrzezenia to zwlaszcza ksztalt blatu, zwlaszcza jego wszystkich zewnetrznych krawedzi które sa zaoblone, oraz lukowy ksztalt boków krótszych, jego funkcjonalnosc przejawiajaca sie w mozliwosci konfigurowania (zmiany dlugosci stolu) w zaleznosci od doraznych potrzeb uzytkownika. Warto tez wskazac iz prezentowany wzór przemyslowy moze byc dostepny w róznych wersjach kolorystycznych oraz w kilku odmianach dlugosci o czym wspomniano juz w czesci opisowej.„FIG". 1 FIG". 2„FIG". 3 „FIG". 4 „FIG". 5 „FIG". 6 PL PLEXTENDABLE TABLE The subject of the submitted industrial design is an extendable table presented in photos "Fig." 1. and 2. This table consists of the following elements: extendable table top - left part fig. "Fig." 5A, extendable table top - right part fig. "Fig." 5B, middle part of the middle table top (insert table top) fig. "Fig." 5C, table box fig. "Fig." 5D, and table legs fig. "Fig." 5E. The extendable table belongs to the group of living room and kitchen furniture, with the possibility of using it in other arrangements. The left and right extendable table tops have a shape similar to horizontally arranged rectangles, touching each other at the lateral (shorter) edge. The table edges opposite the contact edge have rounded corners in the shape of delicate arcs. The tabletops are mounted to the table box using an extendable metal guide. In the folded position, fig. "Fig." 3, the tabletops are directly adjacent to each other, while in the extended position, they are adjacent to the sides of the insert table top, fig. "Fig." 5. The insert table top, fig. "Fig." 5C, has the shape of a horizontally arranged rectangle when the table is extended, while in the folded version it is recessed ("hidden") in the table box, fig. "Fig." 5D. The table top is made of MDF board and its surface is lacquered. All outer edges are rounded and milled. The table box, fig. "Fig." 5D, is a three-part element consisting of two side strips and a base board. The box is suspended beneath the tabletops and connected to them with extendable metal guides. Besides serving as the table's base (frame), it also serves as a container for the extendable middle tabletop. Four legs are attached to the tabletop's bottom surface with screws. The table's legs are the load-bearing element and are made of wood. The table legs are nearly square in cross-section. They are permanently attached to the box and do not change their position when the tabletop is extended. The outer edges of the table (opposite the joint edge) are rounded, as are the tabletops. They have a regular shape, but are slightly thicker at the top. The standard table height is 76 cm and width is 90 cm. The table lengths, depending on the version, are 135, 160, 195 cm when folded and 170, 200 and 235 cm when extended. Essential features of the industrial design: The essence of the industrial design is a new, spatial arrangement of the individual elements that make up the table as a whole, manifesting itself in its shape, line arrangement, colors, finishing method and structural solution, aimed at achieving aesthetic goals. The subject of the industrial design is presented in the photographs and drawings attached to the description, above in the perspective view "Fig." 1 and 2 and in the drawings in the front, side, perspective and top views "Fig." 3, 4, 5 and 6. All the above-mentioned elements, i.e. the extendable table top - left part of the "Fig." 5A, right part of fig. "Fig." 5B, central part of the table top (inserted table top) fig. "Fig." 5C, table box fig. "Fig." 5D, and table legs fig. "Fig." 5E are of significant importance for the registration of the presented industrial design. The features of the extendable table that are also significant for its registration are especially the shape of the table top, especially all its outer edges which are rounded, and the arc-shaped shape of the shorter sides, its functionality manifested in the possibility of configuration (changing the table length) depending on the immediate needs of the user. It is also worth pointing out that the presented industrial design may be available in various color versions and in several length variations, as already mentioned in the descriptive part.
