Pierscionek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pierscionek. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - pierscionka, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany moze byc przykladowo z zóltego zlota z diamentami i szafirami. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1 - 3, gdzie: - na Fig. 1 - widok oprawy pierscionka, - na Fig. 2 - widok pierscionka z przodu, - na Fig. 3 - widok pierscionka z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: pierscionek w formie obraczki, która w górnej polowie zbudowana jest z dwóch brzegów wysadzanych kamieniami oprawionymi w korny. Miedzy brzegami posiada azur zabudowany z krapowych opraw markizowych ulozonych naprzemiennie w literke „V". Miedzy oprawkami markizowymi mocowane sa do brzegu oprawki szarnierowe trzykrapowe.2 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig.3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a ring. The essence of an industrial design is a new and unique form of the product – the ring, manifested in its original design and workmanship. The design can be made, for example, of yellow gold with diamonds and sapphires. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-3, where: - Fig. 1 – a view of the ring setting, - Fig. 2 – a front view of the ring, - Fig. 3 – a side view of the ring. Essential features of the industrial design: the ring is in the form of a band, the upper half of which is composed of two edges set with stones set in crowns. Between the edges, it has a lace-like design composed of dotted marquise settings arranged alternately in a "V" shape.
