Pierscionek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pierscionek. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - pierscionka, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany moze byc przykladowo z bialego lub zóltego zlota z diamentami oraz szafirami, ametystem albo cytrynem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-5, gdzie: na Fig. 1 - widok pierscionka, na Fig.2 - widok oprawy pierscionka, na Fig. 3 - widok pierscionka z boku, na Fig. 4 przedstawiono wzór w odmianie pierwszej, na Fig. 5 - wzór w odmianie drugiej. Wzór w odmianie pierwszej wykonany z bialego zlota z ametystem (Fig. 4). Wzór w odmianie drugiej wykonany z zóltego zlota z cytrynem (Fig. 5). Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: pierscionek posiadajacy prostokatny kamien oprawiony od wewnatrz w luku utworzonym z grubego paska blachy. Górne krawedzie luku ozdobione kamieniami oprawionymi w korny. Takze wewnatrz luku zewnetrzne krawedzie wysadzane rzedem kamieni. The essence of an industrial design is a new and unique form of the product – the ring, manifested in its original design and workmanship. The design can be made, for example, of white or yellow gold with diamonds and sapphires, amethyst, or citrine. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Figs. 1-5, where: Fig. 1 – a view of the ring; Fig. 2 – a view of the ring setting; Fig. 3 – a side view of the ring; Fig. 4 – the first version of the design; Fig. 5 – the second version. The first version of the design is made of white gold with amethyst (Fig. 4). The second version is made of yellow gold with citrine (Fig. 5). Essential features of the industrial design: a ring with a rectangular stone set inside an arc formed by a thick strip of sheet metal. The upper edges of the arc are decorated with stones set in cornices. The outer edges inside the arc are also set with a row of stones.
