P ierscionek Przedmiotem wzoru przemyslowego jest pierscionek. Istota wzoru przemyslowego jest nowa i posiadajaca indywidualny charakter postac wytworu - pierscionka, przejawiajaca sie w oryginalnym wzorze i wykonaniu. Wzór wykonany moze byc przykladowo z bialego zlota z brylantami i szafirem. Przedmiot wzoru przemyslowego jest uwidoczniony na zalaczonych ilustracjach Fig. 1-3, gdzie: - na Fig. 1 - widok oprawy pierscionka, - na Fig. 2 - widok pierscionka, - na Fig. 3 - widok pierscionka z boku. Cechy istotne wzoru przemyslowego: szeroki pierscionek bardzo ozdobny i misterny. Z obu stron posiada przepaske z oprawionymi w korny kamieniami. Centralny kamien (np. szafir) oprawiony w cztery solidne krapy. Srodek miedzy przepaskami po kazdej stronie centralnego kamienia jest wypelniony misternym azurem pasków, trójkatów i luków z oprawionymi kamieniami.2 Fig. 1 Fig. 2 Fig.3 PL PLThe subject of the industrial design is a ring. The essence of an industrial design is a new and unique form of the product – the ring, manifested in its original design and workmanship. The design can be made, for example, of white gold with diamonds and a sapphire. The subject of the industrial design is shown in the attached illustrations Fig. 1-3, where: - Fig. 1 – a view of the ring setting; - Fig. 2 – a view of the ring; - Fig. 3 – a side view of the ring. Essential features of the industrial design: a wide, highly ornate and intricate ring. It has a band with stones set in crowns on both sides. The central stone (e.g., a sapphire) is set in four solid spots.
